Abstract
Description
The invention is based on a fire extinguishing system according to the Drying system for rooms, their temperatures in the freezer area lie, containing a ver with a gaseous medium see sprinkler pipe network, at least one reservoir with extinguishing water and a supply pipe network to the extinguishing gas in the event of a fire from the storage container into the sprinkler pipe network to initiate.
From US Patent 12 01 275 is one after the Nasssy stem working fire extinguishing system known, in its sprinkler pipe network constantly circulates warm water, which from a be heated container. This container is filled with steam from heated by a machine or other device. These Extinguishing system is not economical to operate, especially one very high thermal energy requirement for that in the sprinkler pipe network circulating fire fighting water is required, among other things also because the sprinkler pipe network is unprotected. In addition, there is a risk with this system that Extinguishing water in the sprinkler pipes cools too much and stop len freeze, namely when the extinguishing water circulation is very slow. A use of Pumps to achieve a forced circulation would run increase the cost of the system even further. Furthermore, that must Sprinkler pipe network to be supplemented by return lines to enable circulation of the fire water in the first place apart from the resulting increased production and the costs required for the return lines Space required in the rooms to be cooled.
Diese Druckschrift zeigt die Ver wendung von Stickstoff, mit dem allerdings die Kühlsole in einem Druckkessel unter Druck gehalten wird.DE 23 45 380 B2 is another fire extinguishing system for Freezers are also described according to the wet system is built. Circulated instead of the heated extinguishing water here a cooling brine through the sprinkler pipe network. This facility, the in partial features with the system described above agrees and therefore has the corresponding disadvantages, is also not economical to operate because the cooling sole with regard to their homogeneous mixed state must be checked to ensure the operational safety of the fire to ensure extinguishing system. In addition, after Fallout new cooling brine are produced, which correspond en costs. This document shows the ver Use of nitrogen, but with the cooling brine is kept under pressure in a pressure vessel.
In DE patent 2 94 836 there is a fire extinguishing system described for cold rooms that are con is structured. Be in the sprinkler pipe network of this system there is carbon dioxide during the standby state, while the extinguishing water is in a reservoir det. The extinguishing water flows cold into the sprink if there is a fire pipe network. In the event of a fire, the extinguishing water freezes in each case the case in those sprinkler pipes that are not on Deletion are involved. The subsequent elimination of the frozen extinguishing water causes considerable circumstances and costs. In the event of extinguishing, the extinguishing water is kept in stock container also ge by the carbon dioxide under pressure sets and through this gas into the sprinkler pipe network ben. This creates a high consumption of carbon dioxide.
The object of the invention is to improve one Fire extinguishing system of the type mentioned for rooms with Freezing temperatures while maintaining a simple Construction and ensuring a safe function can be operated economically.
The solution to this task is based on the introductory one Extinguishing system and is further characterized by that only the reservoir containing the fire water would stand dig is filled with preheated extinguishing water that is only in the Fire is initiated in the sprinkler pipe network.
A fire extinguishing system designed according to the invention the drying system design can be very economical be driven without the risk that the Sprinkler pipe network freezes if extinguished. As a extinguishing agent preheated water is used, which is only extinguished Fall into the sprinkler pipe network and during the standby status of the fire extinguishing system only in that Storage container is located. Because the required deletion amount of water is relatively small, it follows that the Heat requirement for the fire fighting water is reduced to this at the desired temperature of e.g. B. to keep + 30 ° C. The sprinkler pipe network remains in a simple construction Art received and is preferably in the standby state filled with nitrogen as a gaseous pressure medium. The The safety of the proposed fire extinguishing system is just if guaranteed, because if a fire is detected the main valve through the usual fire alarm system for supplying the warm extinguishing water from the storage container ter is opened immediately so that the sprinkler pipe network was with extinguishing water is flooded. As thermal energy is before draws the process heat used, which is practically manufacturing is available free of charge as it is through the cooling process for the cold rooms of a deep-freeze building Is available and is used in a meaningful way.
In a preferred further development of the invention location, trace heating is provided for the sprinkler pipe network see the insulation surrounding the pipe network is isolated on the outside. The trace heating can from electri rule heating wires or heating tapes, which by Ther mostate can be controlled. With this trace heating preheating of the sprinkler pipe network in the event of a fire already made to warm the pipe network Determination of brand-specific parameters by the ent speaking detection device of the fire alarm device initiate, so if the heated extinguishing water the sprink has not yet reached the learning network. As a result, it is not necessary agile, the temperature of the extinguishing water in the reservoir to keep relatively high. Another advantage of accompanying heating is that the sprinkler pipe network after extinguishing water in a simple and safe way released and back to the safe standby state can be moved.
Es zeigen:The invention is based on one in the concerns the drawings shown embodiment closer explained. Show it:
Fig. 1 die Feuerlöschanlage in schematischer Dar stellung, Fig. 1, the fire extinguishing system position in schematic Dar,
Fig. 2 shows a section of a sprinkler pipe in partial axial section.
According to Fig. 1, the fire extinguishing system constructed according to the dry system comprises a sprinkler pipe network 3 provided in one or more deep-freeze rooms 1 of a deep-freeze building 2 with the individual sprinklers 4 , a reservoir 5 with the extinguishing water 6 , a supply pipe network 7 with a main valve 8 in order to use the extinguishing water a pump 7 a to initiate in the sprinkler piping 3 in case of fire, a source 9 for supplying the Sprinklerrohrnetztes with gaseous pressure medium to the creation of Bereitschaftszu object of the sprinkler piping and a common Steuerein device 10 for monitoring and control of the fire extinguishing system in the standby state and in the event of fire, .
The sprinklers 4 of the sprinkler pipe network 3 are assigned in the usual way to detectors 11 , which are connected via electrical lines 12 to the control device 10 and, in the presence of fire-specific parameters, activate the control device to cause the opening of the main valve or valves 8 , so that the extinguishing gas water from the container 5 via the supply pipe network 7 by means of the pump 7 a into the sprinkler pipe network 3 can flow. It is clear that the relevant sprinklers 4 of the pipe network 3 must have opened so that the pressurized gaseous medium has escaped from the relevant line sections of the pipe network 3 into the environment. The supply source 9 preferably contains nitrogen, which gas is also in the sprinkler pipe network 3 when it is in the ready state. The use of nitrogen has e.g. B. the advantage that the pipe network 3 can be kept corrosion-free in a simple manner, without the network 3 requiring special preparation.
In the storage container 5 , a heat exchanger 13 is arranged, through which a liquid or gaseous heat transfer medium flows through the lines 14 and 15 , with which the extinguishing water 6 in the container 5 is constantly heated. The heat transfer medium can preferably obtain its thermal energy from the process heat which is generated in any case by the cooling process of the refrigerant of the refrigeration system for the deep-freeze rooms and which can be used sensibly in this way. This saves a separate generation of thermal energy for the extinguishing water 6 of the container 5 . Nevertheless, it is possible to generate the heat energy for the fire water in other ways, e.g. B. if a district heating system is available for other reasons. A direct, fossil or electrically operated heating of the container 5 is also possible. It is clear that the temperature of the heated extinguishing water is kept at the desired value by a control (not shown), the container 5 being provided with an insulation 16 . A usual inlet device 17 ensures the wake of new extinguishing water in the reservoir.
In a preferred further development of the fire extinguishing system, the sprinkler pipes 3 can additionally be provided with a trace heater 18 . For this purpose, Fig. 2 are each Crude 3 z in the lower half of the tube on the tube outside to the invention. B. two opposite, electrical heating tapes 19 and 20 are provided, which are fed by a remote energy source (not shown). Alternatively, an electric heating coil 21 can also be placed around the sprinkler pipes, which is indicated by dashed lines. The sprinkler pipes equipped with trace heating are further provided with external insulation 22 .
The trace heating causes the sprinkler pipes to be preheated, which begins when the detectors 11 report a fire hazard. By the time the sprinklers concerned open or at the latest when extinguishing water arrives at these sprinklers, essentially all the sprinkler pipes in question have been preheated at least to such an extent that freezing of the extinguishing water arriving and exiting the sprinklers is avoided.
It is readily apparent that the trace heating in the Emptying the sprinkler pipes after the fire is very useful is.
In some applications, it may also be sufficient to omit the trace heating explained and to equip the sprinkler pipe network only with external insulation 22 , e.g. B. for cold rooms, the temperatures of which are only slightly below the freezing point.
