Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a concrete roof tile, consisting of a mixture of hydraulic Binders, e.g. B. Portland cement, sand up to approx. 4 mm grain, water and color pigments, e.g. B. in Ratio 1: 2.8 to 3.5: 0.38 to 0.22 and usual color addition in the given order and a surface layer and also a Method and device for its Manufacturing.
Concrete roof tiles of this type are therefore used provided a surface layer to efflorescence made of calcium carbonate - less often made of calcium sulfate - to prevent, because these usually in the first 3 years of their manufacture and application occur on the roofs. This durability of 3 years is known from the usual Surface layers provided, which is therefore a Complete subtask. After about 10 to 15 years However, the surface coating is due to UV radiation exposure, the different Alternating temperatures and corrosive Atmospheres eroded on the surface too Deductions and changes lead. Thereby receive the concrete roof tiles and with them roofs covered them in an undesirable look Form of a micro-washed concrete structure. The The surface of the concrete roof tile becomes rough and thus offers a favorable target for the Fixing of microorganisms such as lichens and Algae, which is then even faster cause progressive weathering.
Fertigungen von Betondachsteinen bekannt:Around a concrete roof tile at the beginning mentioned genus on the one hand at least one three-year resistance to the described Calcium carbonate efflorescence and give it on the other hand, a long-lasting look the following coatings or Manufacture of concrete roof tiles known:
The concrete roof tile is thin Layer sprayed up to about 120 µm thick, that from a plastic dispersion or a Polymer, such as an acrylate, styrene-acrylate etc., and from fillers, pigments, in particular Iron oxide paints, as well as additives.
On the concrete material of the concrete roof tile becomes a slurry of cement fine sand aggregates, Water and pigments as smoothing, almost ceramic-smooth intermediate layer on mineral Base applied. The mineral base in turn can consist of cement, sand and iron oxides.
In diesem Fall spricht man von besandeten oder granulierten Betondachsteinen.c) In the slurry according to b) are colored or undyed quartz sands, marble chips or other natural stone materials sanded. In in this case one speaks of sanded or granulated concrete roof tiles.
Jedoch wird aufgrund der vorbeschriebenen Witterungseinflüsse die Oberfläche ausgebleicht und aufgerauht, wodurch wiederum eine günstige Angriffsfläche für Mikroorganismen geschaffen wird.d) Finally, it is known that the Manufacture of concrete roof tiles used Material with different liquid colors or color pigments, mostly based on iron oxide, to be colored continuously. Such concrete roof tiles point out initially over their entire Layer thickness the same color. However due to the weather conditions described above the surface bleached and roughened, which in turn provides a favorable target for Microorganisms is created.
Starting from this state of the art, lies the invention has the object under Avoiding the disadvantages described above Dachstein with a durable coating a minimum shelf life of 25 to 30 years create, this coating against the in Chemical and chemical to be considered physical influences to be largely resistant and almost maintain their original look should.
This task is done in conjunction with the generic term according to the invention solved in that the surface layer one up to several millimeters thick, in extruded plastic state and / or rolled coating from a hydraulic Binders, e.g. B. Portland cement, aggregates, like sand, with a sieve line up to about 2 mm as well cement-compatible, polymeric compounds consists. This structure is the first time Concrete roof tile created in sandwich construction, which is up to several millimeters thick, containing a cement compatible polymer Surface layer is almost non-porous and a significant chemical and physical Resistance. The specialist is available Compilation of materials for the Coating a range of known components to disposal. If you put the previous ones Experience values from sprayed on Surface coatings with a thickness of up to approx based on 120 µm, which after all for 3 years Prevent calcium carbonate efflorescence and one Weather resistance of approx. 10 to 15 years then it follows for the new one Concrete roof tile due to its layer thickness a lifetime of a multiple.
The polymeric compound proves to be particularly advantageous to those who by Polymerization of unsaturated compounds, the means substances with multiple connections, are made such. B. different monomers, such as vinyl acetate, vinyl propionate, acrylic acid ether, Styrene, butadiene, fillers such. B. Microsilicate dusts, water, dyes, e.g. B. in Ratio 1: 1.2 to 3.5: 0.5 to 0.05: 0.15 up to 0.03: 0.60 to 0.22 and with color supplements in the usual addition of the specified Sequence.
Thereby should be under the generic term "Concrete roof tile" is of course not just that conventional roof tiles, but also verge, Ridge stones, step stones, ventilation stones etc. be understood.
In order to provide a cheap, mechanical "clawing" with the surface of the Lending concrete roof tile blanks is this mechanically before extruding the coating with a rough, relatively large surface Mistake. The rough surface can a variety of in its longitudinal direction trending grooves are formed, the one Wedge shape, circular, oval or Have elliptical section shape. In the latter Case is a real form fit between the extruded and / or rolled coating and the concrete roof tile blank.
To the extruded and / or rolled Coating also chemically with the Combining the concrete roof tile blank becomes this through an appropriate choice and amount of Filling additives and / or additives too hydraulic with the surface of the Concrete roof tile connected.
To possibly through the extruder or Roughness of the rolling process Eliminate or remove surface of the coating fill is after an advantageous training of the invention to the extruded and / or rolled coating a conventional, known surface layer from a Plastic dispersion or a polymer, such as Acrylates, styrene-acrylates or the like, with Fillers, pigments and additives with one Sprayed on up to 120 µm thick.
According to another advantageous alternative is the surface of the extruded and / or rolled coating with an equal colored granules of sand, grit or gravel sanded. The sanding can either be under Gravity or under pressure, for example by means of compressed air, applied or the granules be rolled in, causing the granules is positively integrated into the coating.
To the concrete roof tile regardless of the Particle removal through weathering to ensure permanent, permanent appearance all coatings, layers and granules with the same iron oxide colors in powder or Colored liquid form. The Concrete roof tile except for that of the Weathering side turned in all other areas the extruded and / or rolled coating as well as the possible additional layers.
The inventive method for Production of the concrete roof tile described above proceeds from a process for the production of Concrete roof tiles using an extrusion process Fresh concrete feeder fed Sub-forms according to DE-OS 37 12 700 from which is a continuous fresh concrete strand applied by a shaping roller and one Smoother profiled-compacted and then at the edge of the foot and head in a cutting station from a cutting tool for Dachstein fittings cut the same length.
Starting from such a process, becomes the object underlying the invention procedurally solved in that each Dachstein after the cutting station under one Extruder and / or a pair of rollers passes through Coating a plastic mass from one high quality cement, a cement compatible Polymer, fillers and additives, pigments and Additives are extruded and / or rolled on, then the concrete roof tile from a second Cutting station cut again and then a heat curing process known per se is subjected.
To achieve a rough surface the fresh concrete strand using a slipper on Output from the fresh concrete feed device with a roughened surface in the form of longitudinal grooves.
Diese Formulierung umfaßt drei grundsätzliche Ausführungsalternativen, nämlichAs already explained several times above the coating is extruded and / or rolled on. This wording includes three basic design alternatives, namely
- a) eine reine Extrusion,a) a pure extrusion,
- b) ein reines Aufwalzen undb) a pure rolling and
- c) eine Kombination von Extrusion und Aufwalzen.c) a combination of extrusion and rolling on.
According to alternative a) extruded coating from one at the exit of the extruder arranged second slipper in close contact against the surface of the Concrete strands pressed. This kind of Order process could also be called Denote extrusion withdrawal process.
According to alternative b) the coating of two profiled rollers Cross-sectional profile of the concrete roof tile deformed accordingly and by at least one this - or another - rolled on.
And finally there are several alternatives c) possible: According to a first alternative c) coating to be extruded beforehand from the extruder in the same shape as the surface of the concerned concrete roof tile deformed at the exit of the extruder from two profiled rollers positively gripped and then applied or rolled on.
According to a second alternative c) Coating as a plate-like, flat strip pressed out of the extruder and then by means of a profiled roller under pressure on the surface of the concrete roof tile rolled and thus molded.
According to a third alternative c) Coating in several lengthways Extrusions of material then extruded from at least one profiled roller to one uniform thickness on the surface of the Rolled concrete roof tile apart.
All the procedures described above ensure a continuous production of the Concrete roof tile with a desired Production speed of approx. 42 m / min.
The inventive device for The procedure is based on a Device according to DE-OS 37 12 700 with a Fresh concrete feed device for manufacturing a continuous fresh concrete strand, with one arranged behind it in the direction of transport Shaping roller, a smoother and one Cutting station, the tool carrier on one Guide rod approximately parallel to the transport level of the fresh concrete strand can be moved back and forth is arranged and in determinable cycle times in in and out of the fresh concrete strand can be moved out.
Starting from such a device, becomes the object underlying the invention In terms of device solved in that at a second guide rod a second tool carrier for a second with a first regarding yours Speed matched cutting station as well between the two cutting stations Outlet opening of the extruder or one Dispenser, the slipper or the profiled Rollers for the coating are arranged.
To be even and continuous Ensure coating order, the Extruder one or more press screws on the the plastic material of the coating from one Feed container to one or more Press the outlet port from which it is with one of the cross-sectional shape of the concrete roof tile appropriate shape through the outlet of the Extruder is squeezable. It is advantageous the angle of the extruder outlet to Surface of the concrete roof tile changeable to in Dependence on the production speed a surface that is as non-porous as possible To achieve coating.
About deposits, caking, deposits or the like. The plastic material of the To prevent coating in the feed container, is advantageous in a stirrer or Reel shaft arranged. It also will Coating material again homogeneous mixed.
After an advantageous development of Invention are the profiled rollers in Single rolls with different peripheral areas divided and their peripheral speeds to Achieving as little tension as possible Interfering with the coating on each other Voted.

According to FIG. 5, the fresh concrete is fed from the fresh concrete application device ( 1 ) by a spiked roller ( 2 ), a shaping roller ( 3 ) and a smoother ( 4 ) onto the lower molds ( 6 ) brought up by a conveyor belt ( 5 ), which is not described in detail. molded in that a fresh concrete strand ( 7 ) is formed.
This fresh concrete strand ( 7 ) is provided on its surface ( 8 ) by the smoother ( 4 ) with longitudinal grooves ( 9 ) that can be seen in FIGS . 2 and 4, so that the surface ( 8 ) has a corresponding roughening and thus a corresponding increase experiences. In the case shown, the longitudinal grooves ( 9 ) have a wedge shape. However, it is also possible that these grooves ( 9 ) are provided with a circular, oval or elliptical section shape, as a result of which the coating ( 11 ) according to FIGS. 3 and 4 of the concrete roof tile ( 10 ) has a positive claw with the in (12) undergoes Figs. 1 and 2 shown concrete roofing tile blank.
The coating ( 11 ) consists of a surface layer that is up to several millimeters thick, extruded and / or rolled on in a plastic state and made of a high-quality cement, a cement-compatible polymer, fillers and additives, dyes and additives.
In order to create an intimate chemical bond between the coating ( 11 ) and the concrete roof tile blank ( 12 ) in addition to this mechanical "clawing", the extruded and / or rolled coating ( 11 ) is made by a suitable choice and amount of filler additives and / or additives also hydraulically connected to the surface ( 8 ) of the concrete roof tile blank ( 12 ). Such a hydraulic connection is accomplished, for example, by admixing cement or cement-like substances.
According to FIG. 5, the fresh concrete strand ( 7 ) is cut by a first cutting station ( 13 ) into individual concrete roof tile blanks ( 12 ), to which the above-described coating ( 11 ) is then applied by means of an extruder ( 14 ). Upstream of the extruder is a feed shaft ( 15 ) and a press screw ( 16 ) which presses the material ( 18 ) intended for coating through the extruder ( 14 ) through a nozzle ( 17 ). In the illustrated case, the extruder ( 14 ) has the same cross-sectional shape at its mouth ( 19 ) as that of the concrete roof tile blank ( 12 ) running along it. As a result, the coating ( 11 ) is applied to the surface ( 8 ) provided with the grooves ( 9 ) and pressed and pulled off by a correspondingly profiled slipper ( 20 ).
Since after this application of the coating ( 11 ) the respective head side ( 21 ) of the concrete roof tile ( 10 ) is connected to the foot side ( 22 ) of the leading concrete roof tile ( 10 ) by the applied coating ( 11 ), a new separation must be carried out. This takes place by means of the second cutting station ( 23 ), so that the finished concrete roof tile ( 10 ) is then produced, viewed in the direction of arrow ( 24 ) of the direction of transport.
The tool carrier ( 25 ) of the first cutting station ( 13 ) is arranged on a guide rod ( 26 ) so that it can move back and forth approximately parallel to the transport plane of the fresh concrete strand ( 7 ) and into the fresh concrete strand ( 7 ) according to the double arrow ( 38 ) in determinable cycle times - and can be moved out again. The tool holder ( 27 ) of the second cutting station ( 23 ) is arranged on a second guide rod ( 28 ) on the corresponding tool holder ( 25 ) of the first cutting station ( 13 ). The speed of the two tool carriers ( 25 , 27 ) on their guide rods ( 26 , 28 ) are coordinated with one another and coupled to one another via corresponding drive means which ensure their synchronicity.
In FIGS. 6 through 8, the respective enlarged details of Figs. 5 and provided with the corresponding reference numerals.
In FIGS. 9 and 10 is again shown a perspective view of the extruder (14) a plan view and a second time. The extruder ( 14 ) is provided with a total of four outlet ports ( 17 ), each of which is acted upon by a press screw ( 16 ) according to FIG. 5. In this way, taking into account the transport speed of the fresh concrete strand ( 7 ), a uniform application of the coating can be ensured and missing or insufficient layer thicknesses as well as undesirable material accumulations can be avoided.
In Figs. 11 and 12 a further apparatus alternative is illustrated. In this case, a discharge container ( 29 ) is arranged behind the feed container ( 18 ) and the press screw ( 16 ), at the outlet ( 30 ) of which two profiled rollers ( 31 , 32 ) which are in engagement with one another are arranged.
In addition, (29), an agitator or a reel shaft (36) is arranged in the dispensing container, caking, applications or other undesired material compaction under bind to the inner walls (37) of the dispensing container (29) to. On both sides of the delivery container ( 29 ) and the rollers ( 31 , 32 ) the corresponding cutting knives are shown symbolically for the cutting stations ( 13 and 23 ), which in the direction of the double arrows ( 38 , 39 ) perpendicular to the transport plane of the lower molds ( 6 ) be moved.
The profile ( 33 ) of the roller ( 32 ) and the profile ( 34 ) of the roller ( 31 ) can be seen in FIG. 12. In the transport direction of the arrow ( 24 ), a slipper ( 35 ) is arranged behind the roller ( 31 ), in the profiled side ( 40 ) of which the roller ( 31 ) dips with its profile ( 34 ). From the rollers ( 31 and 32 ), the material pressed out of the dispensing container ( 29 ) for coating ( 11 ) is grasped, deformed into a profile corresponding to the cross-sectional profile of the concrete roofing tile blank ( 12 ) and particularly visible from FIG. 12, and then deformed by the Rolled ( 31 ) onto the surface ( 8 ) and removed from the subsequent slipper ( 35 ). This creates an extremely smooth, almost non-porous and accordingly moisture-repellent surface ( 11 ') of the coating ( 11 ) with a correspondingly desired lifespan of, for example, 25 to 30 years.
It goes without saying that the profiled rollers ( 31 , 32 ) can also be coupled to the extruder ( 14 ) according to FIGS. 9 and 10 in such a way that the coating emerging from the extruder ( 14 ) from the rollers ( 31 , 32 ) is detected and rolled onto the blank concrete roof tile in the manner described in FIG. 11. After such a combination, it is by no means absolutely necessary that the coating emerging from the mouth ( 19 ) of the extruder ( 14 ) already has the same cross-sectional shape as the concrete roof tile blank ( 12 ). It is also possible to press out the coating ( 11 ) as a plate-shaped, flat strip from the mouth ( 19 ) of the extruder ( 14 ) and then by means of the two profiled rollers ( 31 , 32 ) with one of the cross-sectional areas of the concrete roof tile blank ( 12 ) to provide the corresponding cross-sectional shape and then to roll it onto the surface of the blank ( 12 ) under pressure.
Finally, it is also possible to apply the coating ( 11 ) in several longitudinal, not shown material accumulations by means of the extruder ( 14 ) to the surface ( 8 ) of the concrete roof tile blank ( 12 ) and then from at least one profiled roller ( 31 ) to one Roll out approximately uniform thickness on the surface ( 8 ) of the concrete roof tile blank ( 12 ).
The angle of attack (α) of the outlet mouth ( 19 ) of the extruder ( 14 ) according to FIGS. 5 and 7 can be changed and adapted to the respective requirements. Since the optimal angle of attack (α) is, inter alia, a function of the toughness of the material of the coating ( 11 ), the speed of the concrete strand ( 7 ) running in the direction of the arrow ( 24 ) and the pressure generated by the press screw ( 16 ), this can The method and the device for producing the concrete roof tile ( 10 ) can be optimized.
In order to make the surface ( 11 ') of the coating ( 11 ) and thus the entire concrete roof tile ( 10 ) even more resistant to dew-frost changes, moisture absorption and other weather loads, it means an advantageous development of the invention if the extruded and / or rolled coating ( 11 ) is a conventional, known surface layer of a plastic dispersion or a polymer, such as acrylates, styrene-acrylates or the like. With fillers, pigments or additives with a thickness of up to 120 microns is sprayed. This creates a concrete roof tile ( 10 ) in a sandwich structure comprising three layers.
According to a further alternative, however, it is also possible to sand the surface ( 11 ') of the extruded and / or rolled coating ( 11 ) with a granulate of sand, grit or gravel and by means of pressure rollers, e.g. B. a roller ( 31 ) provided with the corresponding profile ( 34 ), pressed into the coating ( 11 ) and thus incorporated in a form-fitting manner. All coatings, layers and granules are colored with the same iron oxide paints in powder or liquid form to ensure that the appearance is always the same regardless of the influence of weathering.
Overall one can say that the Dachstein invention according to the prior art into a completely different one Direction, extruded and / or rolled coating a structure, a Resistance and has a lifespan that with all previously known concrete roof tiles is no longer comparable. It also has surprisingly found that the Breaking strength of such a concrete roof tile in sandwich construction with the same thickness and also otherwise the same dimensions compared to one conventional concrete roof tile by over 50% has higher strength.
