Trommel zum Enthülsen von Getreide. Die Erfindung betrifft
eine besondere Ausbildung der Trommel zum Enthülsen von Getreide. Die bekannten
Trommeln dieser Art bestehen aus einem zylindrischen Mantel mit rauher Innenwandung
(Buckel-, Raspelblech o. dgl.), innerhalb welchem ein Schlägerwerk umläuft, das
gewöhnlich gleichfalls aus einem zylindrischen Mantel mit außen vorstehenden, tangential
liegenden Flügeln oder aber einem Flügelkranz besteht. Da einerseits die losgelösten
Hülsen durch einen Kanal hindurch von einem Sauglüfter abgezogen werden, anderseits
die Flügel des Schlägerwerkes auf das gesamte Schälgut am inneren Umfange des äußeren
Mantels stark treibend wirken, so konnte bis jetzt nicht verhindert werden, daß
auch ein beträchtlicher Teil der Körner in den Bereich des den Kanal durchziehenden
Saugluftstromes gerät und dann von dem letzteren in die Höhe getragen wird, statt
daß alle Körner, ihrer Bestimmung gemäß, immer von neuem der Bearbeitung innerhalb
