Description
The invention relates to scissors for right and left hand use with two minion leaves, one over Articulated screw pivotable against each other are connected and at the end of each actuation with a scissor blade and an adjoining one Handle eye are formed, the handle eyes next to each other in a 90 ° opposite each other the plane of the scissor blade plane are arranged.
A pair of scissors of the type mentioned is from GB 29 361/1896 known. In this known scissors are still Double-edged scissor blades with side by side Scissor blades executed. At the end of each scissor blade is the associated grip eye around the longitudinal axis of the stalk pivoted by 180 °. Depending on whether this Scissors can be operated with the left or right hand the grip eyes must either be in their one or brought into their other pivoting end position and be fixed there by means of locking means. All Intermediate positions of the grip eyes are mechanically unstable and do not result in a practically usable functional state the scissors. They also require double-edged Scissor blades and the pivoting grip eyes one increased manufacturing and assembly costs and thus significantly higher costs compared to single-edged scissors Scissor blades and firm grip eyes.
It is therefore the task of a pair of scissors at the beginning to create the type mentioned for left and right-handed use is equally suitable and easy and inexpensive to manufacture as well is easy to handle and stable.
This object is achieved according to the invention by scissors of the type mentioned, which thereby is characterized in that the two blades of scissors between the hinge screw and the associated grip eye each are rotated in themselves by 90 ° and in this Cross the area sideways.
The new scissors enable completely new handling, where the scissor blades are independent of left- or right-handed operation always by the fingers of the operating hand reaching through the grip eyes be pressed together. One for a good one Cutting result harmful divergence of the Cutting is safely avoided. Pressing the Here, scissors are used - in contrast to conventional ones Scissors - in one direction by stretching the Index and if necessary middle finger and bend the Thumb and in the other direction by bending the Index and, if necessary, middle finger and stretch of the Thumb. This way of working is unusual, she is easy to do after a short period of getting used to it cash, especially if not, as usual, the scissors handling person away from the body, but the Scissors moved sideways in front of the body. Because with the new one Scissors no additional elements are required and there the extra work involved in manufacturing is twisted te arrangement of the grip eyes is limited, this scissors can be produced practically at the same cost as one conventional scissors.
Preferred refinements and developments of the Erfin are specified in the subclaims.
Die Figuren der Zeichnung zeigen:Two embodiments of the invention will follow described using a drawing. The figures of the Show drawing:
Fig. 1 eine Schere in einer ersten Ausführung in perspektivischer Ansicht und Fig. 1 is a pair of scissors in a first embodiment in a perspective view
Fig. 2, the scissors in a second embodiment, also in a perspective view.
As shown in Fig. 1 of the drawing, the Darge presented embodiment of the scissors 1 , like convention Liche scissors, of two scissor blades 2 and 3 , which are arranged in a common plane and are pivotally connected to each other mitein by means of egg joint screw 10 . The two scissor blades 2 and 3 each have cutting edges at their cutting areas, of which the cutting edge 30 on the lower scissor blade 3 is visible in FIG. 1. At their actuation ends, ie be 10 in FIG. 1 to the right of the articulated screw, the two scissor blades 2 and 3 each have a scissor blade 21 and 31 . At the outer end of each gripping eye 22 and 32 follows. These two grip eyes 22 and 32 are, however, in contrast to conventional scissors not arranged in the plane of the scissors blade, but rotates ver by 90 ° relative to this. The grip eye 22 , which belongs to the upper scissor blade 2 , is rotated so that it points to the viewer in FIG. 1. The grip eye 32 , which is part of the scissors blade 3 , is rotated so that it points away from the viewer in FIG. 1. The two scissors blades 21 and 31 cross each other sideways. In the closed position of the scissors 1 , the two grip eyes 22 and 32 lie directly next to one another in a common plane which runs perpendicular to the plane of the scissors blade.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, a force is exerted on the grip eyes 22 and 32 by the fin ger of the actuating hand of the scissors 1 , which also includes a force component in addition to the upward and downward actuation force components, which is in the plane of the grip eyes 22 and 32 is directed towards the other grip eye 32 and 22 , respectively. The latter force component ensures that the upper scissor blade 2 and lower scissor blade 3 , regardless of a left or right-handed operation of the scissors 1 , are always pressed against each other and that a harmful gaping of the scissor blades 2 and 3 or their cutting edges is avoided .
Fig. 2 of the drawing shows a pair of scissors 1 ', which if just has an upper and a lower scissor blade 2 and 3 , with the associated cutting edge 30 can be seen on the lower scissor blade 3 again. As previously described, the two scissor blades 2 and 3 by means of pivot screw 10 hingedly connected together ver here. At the rear, ie in FIG. 2 right end of the scissors 1 ', the gripping eyes 22 and 32, which are arranged with respect to the scissors at the plane of the blade rotated by 90 °, can also be seen. Since the example shown in Fig. 2 Darge scissors 1 'is closed, the two ver rotated grip eyes 22 and 32 are here in a common plane which, as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, perpendicular to the scissor blade plane.
In addition, two additional, additional grip eyes 25 and 35 are provided in the scissors 1 'shown in FIG. 2, which are arranged between the scissor blades 21 and 31 and the twisted grip eyes 22 and 32 . The two additional grip eyes 25 and 35 are arranged one above the other in the scissors sheet level as in conventional scissors. The scissors 1 'shown in FIG. 2 can thus be used both as a conventional right-handed scissors using the grip eyes 25 and 35 and as a scissors suitable for left- and right-handed operation using the two twisted grip eyes 22 and 32 .
Furthermore, the scissors 1 'according to FIG. 2 still has a plurality of stops 23 , 24 and 34 , which serve to limit and define the pivoting area of the scissor blades 2 and 3 against one another.
Finally, with the scissors 1 'shown in FIG. 2, the scissor blades 21 and 31 are angled parallel to each other by a win angle α downwards. As a result, an ergonomically more favorable hand posture is achieved with certain scissors 1 '.
The scissors shown in the figures of the drawing correspond to the arrangement of their scissor blades 2 and 3 with the associated cutting edges right-handed scissors; it can of course also be designed left-handed scissors accordingly to the present invention.
