Abstract
Description
The invention relates to scissors for right and left hand use, consisting of a lower and a upper scissor blade, the two scissor blades ne are arranged side by side, each with a cutting edge swivel against each other using a hinge screw are connected to one another and at their actuation each end with a scissor blade and one on it closing grip eye are formed.
A pair of scissors of the type mentioned is from DE-OS 35 15 704 known. Beyond the above parts have the scissor blades in this known scissors one reaching approximately to the rear end of the scissors Extension to. In addition, the grip eyes are with one Culm part limited on the inside of the extensions pivoted, being with the scissor blades lie in one plane. The extensions overlay the Grip eyes in the working position such that the through fingers of the actuation passed through the grip eyes hand are also supported on the extensions, whereby the scissors depending on the pivot position of the grip eyes to use for right- or left-handed operation should be. The disadvantage of this pair of scissors is that they are egg nen increased effort in material and manufacturing as well Assembly time required. Compared to conventional ones Scissors of this kind therefore become relative expensive.
From DE-OS 37 21 261 an additional device for scissors with grip eyes for handling a conventional right-handed scissors with the left hand or egg ner left-handed scissors with the right hand known where in the additional device via leverage forces in in the desired direction on the scissor blades. A disadvantage here is that the additional device with the scissors for some cutting work Lich and that it must always be ensured that In addition to the scissors, the additional device at hand is.
It is therefore the task of a pair of scissors to create the kind mentioned above that is simple and cost-effective is inexpensive to manufacture and any additional device makes dispensable.
This object is achieved according to the invention by scissors of the type mentioned, which thereby is characterized in that the blades of scissors each other crossing over from the respective scissor blade to the proper grip eye are guided and that the grip eyes next to each other in a 90 ° opposite each other the plane of the scissor blade plane are arranged.
With the new scissors it is achieved that the scissor blades are always pressed together regardless of left- or right-handed operation by the fingers of the operating hand reaching through the grip eyes. This reliably prevents the cutting edges from spreading apart for a good cutting result. The scissors are operated here - in contrast to conventional scissors - in one direction by stretching the index and possibly middle finger and bending the thumb and in the other direction by bending the index and possibly middle finger and stretching the thumb. This method of operation is unusual, but it is easy to execute after a short period of getting used to it, especially if not, as usual, the person handling the scissors works away from the body, but moves the scissors sideways in front of the body. Since no additional elements are required in the new scissors and since the additional effort in the manufacture is limited to the twisted arrangement of the grip eyes, these scissors can be produced practically at the same cost as conventional scissors.
Preferred refinements and developments of the Erfin are specified in the subclaims.
Die Figuren der Zeichnung zeigen:Two embodiments of the invention will follow described using a drawing. The figures of the Show drawing:
Fig. 1 eine Schere in einer ersten Ausführung in perspektivischer Ansicht und Fig. 1 is a pair of scissors in a first embodiment in a perspective view
Fig. 2, the scissors in a second embodiment, also in a perspective view.
As shown in Fig. 1 of the drawing, the Darge presented embodiment of the scissors 1 , like conventionally scissors also, of two scissor blades 2 and 3 , which are arranged in a common plane and are pivotally connected to one another by means of an articulated screw 10 . The two scissor blades 2 and 3 each have cutting edges at their cutting areas, of which the cutting edge 30 on the lower scissor blade 3 is visible in FIG. 1. At their actuation ends, ie be 10 in FIG. 1 to the right of the articulated screw, the two scissor blades 2 and 3 each have a scissor blade 21 and 31 . At the outer end of each gripping eye 22 and 32 follows. These two grip eyes 22 and 32 are, however, in contrast to conventional scissors not arranged in the plane of the scissors blade, but rotates ver by 90 ° relative to this. The grip eye 22 , which belongs to the upper scissor blade 2 , is rotated so that it points to the viewer in FIG. 1. The grip eye 32 , which is part of the scissors blade 3 , is rotated so that it points away from the viewer in FIG. 1. The two scissors blades 21 and 31 cross each other sideways. In the closed position of the scissors 1 , the two grip eyes 22 and 32 lie directly next to one another in a common plane which runs perpendicular to the plane of the scissors blade.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, a force is exerted on the grip eyes 22 and 32 by the fin ger of the actuating hand of the scissors 1 , which also includes a force component in addition to the upward and downward actuation force components, which is in the plane of the grip eyes 22 and 32 is directed towards the other grip eye 32 and 22 , respectively. The latter force component ensures that the upper scissor blade 2 and lower scissor blade 3 , regardless of a left or right-handed operation of the scissors 1 , are always pressed against each other and that a harmful gaping apart of the scissor blades 2 and 3 or their cutting edges is avoided.
Fig. 2 of the drawing shows a pair of scissors 1 ', which if just has an upper and a lower scissor blade 2 and 3 , with the associated cutting edge 30 can be seen on the lower scissor blade 3 again. As previously described, the two scissor blades are articulated with each other ver connected by means of the pivot screw 10 as well. At the rear, ie in FIG. 2 right end of the scissors 1 ', the gripping eyes 22 and 32, which are arranged with respect to the scissors at the plane of the blade rotated by 90 °, can also be seen. Since the example shown in Fig. 2 Darge scissors 1 'is closed, the two ver rotated grip eyes 22 and 32 are here in a common plane which, as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, perpendicular to the scissor blade plane.
In addition, two additional, additional grip eyes 25 and 35 are provided in the scissors 1 'shown in FIG. 2, which are arranged between the scissor blades 21 and 31 and the twisted grip eyes 22 and 32 . The two additional grip eyes 25 and 35 are arranged one above the other in the scissors sheet level as in conventional scissors. The scissors 1 'shown in FIG. 2 can thus be used both as a conventional right-handed scissors using the grip eyes 25 and 35 and as a scissors suitable for left- and right-handed operation using the two twisted grip eyes 22 and 32 .
Furthermore, the scissors 1 'according to FIG. 2 still has a plurality of stops 23 , 24 and 34 , which serve to limit and define the pivoting area of the scissor blades 2 and 3 against one another.
Finally, with the scissors 1 'according to FIG. 2, the scissor blades 21 and 31 are angled parallel to each other by a win angle α downwards. As a result, an ergonomically more favorable hand posture is achieved with certain scissors 1 '.
The scissors shown in the figures of the drawing correspond to the arrangement of their scissor blades 2 and 3 with the associated cutting edges right-handed scissors; it can of course also be designed left-handed scissors accordingly to the present invention.
