Description
Verbrauchte Öl-Wasseremulsionen fallen in der
Metallverarbeitung, bei der Reinigung öl- und
fettverschmutzter Oberflächen, nach der
Metallverarbeitung sowie aus einer großen
Anzahl anderer Quellen an.
Die Entsorgung bereitet zunehmend
Schwierigkeiten, da Mineralöle im Abwasser
das Leben in Gewässern und die
Funktionsfähigkeit von Kläranlagen gefährden.
Die Einleitung darf nicht ohne Vorbehandlung
erfolgen, da der Ölgehalt solcher
Abfallemulsionen zwischen 5 und 10% liegt.
Die Emulsionsbehandlung vor der Entsorgung
sieht eine weitgehende Trennung der Öl- von
der Wasserphase, also eine Emulsionsspaltung
vor.
Während der Gesetzgeber immer strenger die
Einhaltung der maximal zulässigen Grenzwerte
von 5 oder 10 mg/l Restölgehalt in der
Wasserphase überwacht (entscheidend ist die
Entwässerungssatzung der zuständigen
Gemeinde) wird es immer schwieriger
Emulsionen zu brechen, da bei ständig
steigenden Anforderungen an die
Kühlschmiermittel, z.B. durch deren Einsatz
an CNC-Maschinen, die Stabilität der
Emulsionen mehr und mehr gesteigert wird.
Die alleinige Aufarbeitung mit Hilfe von
Chemikalien ermöglicht nicht die Einhaltung
der geforderten Grenzwerte für den
Restölgehalt im Abwasser.
Eine Verdünnung zur
Schädlichkeitsverminderung läßt die vom
Gesetzgeber geforderte Aufbereitung des
Ölhaltigen Wassers nach 7a des
Wasserhaushaltsgesetzes nicht zu.
Hinzu kommt, soweit mit Säuren oder Salzen
(z.B. Eisen- oder Aluminiumsalzen) gespalten
wird, das Problem der Schlammentsorgung.
Besonders bedenklich ist, daß von den
jährlich in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
verkauften Kühlschmiermitteln (ca. 350 000 t)
ein großer Teil nicht mehr in der Entsorgung
auftaucht.
Ziel der Erfindung war es demnach, die
derzeitig in breitem Umfang eingesetzten Öl-
in Wasseremulsionen durch umweltfreundlichere
Medien zu ersetzen. Dazu mußten drei
ineinandergreifende Anforderungen gelöst
werden.
Erstens mußte ein mineralölfreier, nicht
emulgierter, vollsynthetischer
Kühlschmierstoff eingesetzt werden, der nicht
nur den einfacheren Anforderungen, z.B. beim
Schleifen von Guß oder Stahl genügt, sondern
auch bei den höheren Anforderungen der
mittleren und schweren Bearbeitung von
hochlegierten Stählen oder Aluminium oder
Kupferlegierungen standhält.
Zweitens sollte das Kühlschmiermittel
zusätzlich so beschaffen sein, daß es
biologisch voll abbaubar ist, d.h., daß
Nachlässigkeiten beim Transport oder beim
Umgang oder unsachgemäße Beseitigung zur
Einsparung von Entsorgungskosten nicht zu
Lasten der Umwelt gehen.
Drittens mußte ein Weg gefunden werden,
Verunreinigungen, wie suspendierte oder
kolloidale Feinstpartikel, eingetragene
emulgierte Lecköle sowie mikrobiologische
Keime permanent zu entfernen, um die
ursprünglichen Eigenschaften des
Kühlschmiermittels aufrechtzuerhalten und auf
diese Weise ein Recycling zu ermöglichen.
Als Kühlschmierstoff mit den geforderten
Eigenschaften erweist sich erfindungsgemäß
eine wäßrige Lösung von Alkoholen, wie z.B.
Diolen, vorzugsweise Propandiol und
Metallseifen sowie Dicarbonsäurederivate
vorzugsweise Bernsteinsäuresalzen als
Inhibitoren, je nach Anforderungen der
Metallbearbeitung in unterschiedlicher
anteiliger Zusammensetzung. Dieser
Kühlschmierstoff entspricht den gestellten
Forderungen hinsichtlich Kühlschmierleistung
in der oben geschilderten Art sowie der
geforderten biologischen Abbaubarkeit.
60% Wasser,
35% 1,2-Propandiol,
4% Dodecansäurenatriumsalz,
1% Bernsteinsäuredinatriumsalz.
35% 1,2-Propandiol,
4% Dodecansäurenatriumsalz,
1% Bernsteinsäuredinatriumsalz.
1 : 4 bis 1 : 20 mit Wasser.
Die Reinigung als Vorraussetzung zum
Recycling erfolgt günstigerweise mittels
Cross-Flow-Filtration mit Rohrmembranen. Die
Eigenschaften des Kühlschmiermittels bleiben
dabei vollständig erhalten.
Claims (1)
