Presse zum Zusammendrücken der Druckknopfteile bei Maschinen zum Aufstecken
von Druckknöpfen auf Karten. Bei Maschinen zum Aufstecken von Druckknöpfen auf Karten
werden nacheinander die Druckknopfunterteile, die Karten und die Druckknopfoberteile
miteinander vereinigt und dann die Druckknopfteile in einer Presse zusammengedrückt.
Diese Presse besteht bisher aus einer federnd gelagerten, äuf und ab bewegten Schiene
mit einem den Druckknopfoberteilen entsprechenden Profil. Infolge der Auf- und Abbewegung
der Schiene ist die Arbeitsleistung der Presse und damit die der ganzen Maschine
sehr gering, und es muß die Zuführung zur Presse sehr genau arbeiten, damit die
Druckknopfoberteile genau in die Ausnehmungen der Schiene hineinpassen, weil sie
sonst beschädigt werden. Diese Nachteile werden nun erfindungsgemäß im wesentlichen
dadurch vermieden, daß das Preßwerkzeug als frei drehbare, unter Federdruck stehende
Walze aus Hartgummi o. dgl.
