Abstract

The present invention relates to a sanitary fitting comprising a battery body with an inlet channel for hot water and an inlet channel for cold water, each connected to the interior of the battery body, and an outlet channel for mixed water, the battery body having, approximately at the centre, a receiving cone which is open at the bottom, tapers towards the rear side of the battery body and serves to receive the horizontal arm (29) of the angle piece (19). The angle piece (19) has a bore (31) with an internal thread (32), so that either an externally threaded pipe connection piece (33) of a bathtub outlet (17) or a corresponding pipe connection piece of a shower-head part can be selectively screwed into the angle piece. Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine sanitäre Armatur, insbesondere eine Batterie für Badewannen oder Brausen. Die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Badewannen batterien sind mit einem gewöhnlichen Auslaufhahn versehen, über den das Wasser in die Wanne einläuft. Zusätzlich ist an dem Batteriekörper ein Abgang mit Anschlußmöglichkeit für einen Schlauch, der mit einer Handbrause verbunden ist. Am Batteriekörper ist eine Um stellvorrichtung für die Umstellung vom Badewannenauslauf auf die Handbrause vorgesehen. Bei den vorbeschriebenen Thermostatarmaturen handelt es sich jedoch um Sonder anfertigungen, die in ihrer Herstellung sehr kosten aufwendig sind. Zunächst wird auf die Fig. 1 und 2 Bezug genommen. Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen eine erfindungsgemäße Armatur in der Variante mit Wannenauslauf. Die Armatur besteht aus einem Grundkörper 10 mit zwei Hähnen 11, 12 für die Regulierung des Warmwasser- bzw. Kaltwasserzulaufs. Am Grundkörper 10 ist mittig zwischen dem Warmwasserzulaufhahn 11 und dem Kaltwasserzulaufhahn 12 der Wannenauslauf 17 herausnehmbar angebracht. Für die Anbringung des Wannenauslaufs 17 weist der Grundkörper 10 an der Unterseite einen Aufnahmekonus 18 auf. Der Zulauf des Mischwassers zum Wannenauslauf 17 erfolgt über das an der Rückseite über den Grundkörper 10 hinausragende Winkelstück 19, das in den Konus 18 des Grundkörpers einsetzbar ist. An den vertikalen Zulauf stutzen 20 des Winkelstücks 19 ist ein Schlauch 21 angeschlossen, über den das Mischwasser vom Grundkörper 10 über einen Kanal in dem Winkelstück 19 zum Wannen auslauf 17 gelangt, an dem es über die Auslauföffnung 22 austritt.First, reference is made to FIGS. 1 and 2. Der Aufnahmekonus 18 ist, wie aus Fig. 4 hervorgeht, im Querschnitt ein zu etwa drei Vierteln geschlossener Kreisbogen mit einer Öffnung 26 zur Unterseite hin. Am Winkelstück 19 kann hinter dem konisch ausgebildeten Abschnitt 29 ein elastischer Ring 30 in einer Nut angeordnet sein, der eine Art Rastverbindung mit dem Grundkörper 10 herstellt und somit ungewolltes Herausziehen des Wannenauslaufs 17 nach vorne hin erschwert. Im Anschluß an den horizontalen Kanal 28 weist das Winkelstück 19 zur Auslauföffnung hin einen querschnittserweiterten Kanal 31 auf, der in seinem hinteren Abschnitt mit einem Innengewinde 32 versehen ist. Wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich ist, ist in der querschnittserweiterten Bohrung 31 des Winkelstücks vor dem horizontalen Zulaufkanal 28 zwischen dem Winkelstück 19 und dem Gewindeabschnitt des Stutzens 33 des Bade wannenauslaufs 17 bzw. in gleicher Weise des Stutzens 35 des Brausekopfs 34 jeweils ein Dichtungsring 39 angeordnet.
