Burners, in particular for gas stoves. With those so far, in particular
In gas stoves, burners used, the nozzle or nozzles were in the direction
the burner axis parallel to: the same arranged. With such a burner arrangement
is linked to the disadvantage that as a result of the occurring behind the air inlet opening
Underpressure: the gas jets are slow, split and vigorous mixing
of the gas with the air sucked in by it cannot take place because the point
the transition from the suction zone to the pressure zone is far from the mouth of the gas nozzle.
As a result of this wide distance mentioned transition point can naturally also
: the first combustion hole, the B. burner wall only at a distance from the nozzle orifice
-break through, which is equal to at least five times the clear pipe width. These
large distance but has the further disadvantage that the gas nozzle, for example
difficult to fit into a gas heater and an unwieldy and unfavorable one
Gas supply results.
The invention aims to obviate the above drawbacks.
This purpose is achieved by a considerable reduction in the distance
the point for the transition from the suction zone to the pressure zone of the gas nozzle mouth
.by the fact that the axis of the gas nozzles is inclined to the burner axis, either
symmetrically or asymmetrically to the latter, is arranged. Said reduction
the distance between the point for the transition from the suction to the pressure zone is guaranteed
a more rapid division of the gas jets and a very intensive mixing of the latter
with the sucked in air, as well as the transition point of the gas air mixture
the suction into the pressure zone is much closer to the nozzle than when using
one or more parallel axes, located in the direction of the burner tube axis
Nozzle openings, therefore, that means: first combustion hole in the burner tube wall
closer to: the gas dikes can be laid. Such a shortening of the overall length
is, as already indicated, very important for the construction of gas heating stoves where
as a result
the great distance of the gas nozzle from the first focal hole
the device and burner rod is otherwise always difficult to accommodate.
a auftretende Unterdruck gemäß dem eingezeichneten Druckdiagramm erst weit hinter
der lichten Weite des Brennerrohres d).The drawing shows in Fig. I a gas burner, z. B. for gas stoves,
with one (or more) in the direction of the focal axis and parallel to it
lying nozzle. As in this known arrangement behind the air inlet opening
a occurring underpressure according to the drawn pressure diagram far behind
the gas nozzle, e.g. B. in point b, passes into an overpressure, is also the first
Burning hole c far from the gas nozzle (distance x about at least five times
the inside diameter of the burner tube d).
Because according to the invention and as can be seen from Fig. 2, the axes of the burner nozzles e are inclined to the burner axis AB , the diagram for the negative pressure is significantly shortened and the point b of the transition from the negative pressure to the positive pressure is much closer to the gas nozzle is moved closer, and the distance y of the first combustion hole c from said nozzle can be reduced to twice the clear width of the burner tube d, with the above-mentioned advantages being achieved.
