Das wird durch die vorliegende Erfindung ermöglicht, die darin besteht, daß der sogenannte Rosenbohrer an das Ende eines zylindrischen oder kegelförmigen Teiles gesetzt wird, der mit Längshieben ohne Querhiebe versehen ist, d. h. mit anderen Worten, die an sich bekannte Gestalt der Instrumente mit zylindrischem oder kegelförmigem Längsteil und halbkugelförmigem Ende bleibt bestehen und nur die Bezahnung wird in neuartiger Weise geändert.
