Verfahren zum Befestigen von. Kettenoberleitungen für elektrische
Bahnen.
Method of attaching. Overhead catenaries for electric
Lanes. The assembly of the chain overhead line for electric railways and also the replacement
any parts in need of repair has so far only been with great difficulty
feasible because the work is on a ladder about im high, which is on the swaying
Boom or had to be placed on the suspension cable, very uncomfortable and dangerous
was.
The invention now relates to a method for fastening overhead catenary cables for electric railways, in which the end of the boom carrying the cable is lowered for easier and more convenient assembly on the support mast and is erected again after assembly has been completed. According to this method, with the aid of the device used to carry out this method, it becomes possible to carry out the necessary work with only a few forces. This makes it possible to assemble the entire chain line on the mast itself for the initial assembly and then to bring it into its final position and further, when replacing parts in need of repair, the tip of the boom together with the load attached to the bar can be lowered to the mast, where the damaged parts can easily be lowered can be replaced, since the interception of the suspension cable required here now presents no difficulties. After the repair is complete, the boom with the entire overhead chain can be lifted up and fastened again. In the. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing, and the more difficult case, namely the replacement of a part in need of repair, will be explained in the following. For this purpose, the loose roller d is attached to the mast with the rope b (Fig. I) and the hook c located at the end of the rope is hooked into the eyelet d located on the support tube of the boom. Then the bracket e (fig. Z and 3) is attached to the mast in such a way that the eyelet d lies in the recess of the roller k (fig. I). If the support tube is now raised slightly by tightening the rope b by means of a pulley block or a winch, the fastening bolt t of the joint g can easily be removed. Then the roller k with the support tube on its axis i, which protrudes laterally beyond the mast, is pushed next to it and the rope b is released. The boom now lowers while the load at the tip of the support tube is pressed against the roller and slides backwards along it, as shown in hatched fashion in Fig. 1. The support tube is now h o. D'gl with a loop. attached to the mast. The support cable can now be easily intercepted and any repair can be carried out easily without the need for a ladder, or the ladder can no longer be placed on a swaying point, but on the fixed mast. When the repair is finished, the rope b is tightened again after loosening the loop h, the boom goes back to its old carrying position, the pulley is pushed back into the center of the mast, the joint g is attached to the «L% Zaste and the rope and removed the role again.
