Abstract

Thermally triggered shut-off devices are based in part on a retaining element which melts at a particular temperature and, in melting, releases a spring-loaded valve taper plug into the closed position. Bei erhöhter Temperatur schmilzt das zylinder­ förmig ausgebildete Lot 86 innerhalb der Zylinderbuchse 85 und wird im flüssigen Zustand von der unter der Federschließ­ kraft 32 stehenden Druckscheibe 89 durch die Durchtritts­ bohrungen 87 in der Zylinderbuchse 85 aus der Zylinderbuchse herausgedrückt, und der unter Federkraft stehende Ventil­ stößel mit dem Ventilschließkegel 34 geht in Schließstellung und unterbricht somit den Gasfluß zum Regelventil 35. Die Zylinderbuchse 85, angelegt am Schaltgestänge 41, verbleibt dabei in ihrer Ausgangsstellung, die sich nur bei An­ sprechen auf Überdruck ändert.   • a) die Haltevorrichtung (39) aus einer auf dem Ventilstößel (33) gleitend geführten, gegen das Schaltgestänge (41) abgestützten, im Durchmesser abgesetzten, einseitig offenen Zylinderbuchse (85) besteht
  • b) am Umfang der Zylinderbuchsenwandung in Höhe des Buchsen­ bodens (86) mehrere Durchtrittsbohrungen (87) angeordnet sind
  • c) innerhalb der Zylinderbuchse ein Zylinder aus einem bei definierter Temperatur schmelzbarem Lot angeordnet ist
  • d) die offene Zylinderbuchsenseite durch eine einerseits auf den Ventilstößel (33) abgestützte, andererseits mit der Kraft der Schließfeder (32) gegen den aus Lot be­ stehenden Zylinder (88) drückende, innerhalb der Zylinder­ buchsenbohrung geführte Druckscheibe (89) abgedeckt ist.
