Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for re-piecing a Double thread on a spinning unit of a spinning machine, at which each spinning unit means for pneumatic pre-verfe of two threads and to wind these threads as a dop thread on a serving as a supply spool for twisting Contains spool, with a spinning off from the spool taken thread end of the double thread and a newly spun Thread end of the double thread connected by splicing will.
A method of the type mentioned at the outset is in the older, unpublished patent application P 38 17 222.4 be wrote. For re-spinning and especially for the Er witness the splice connection, the two threads are like one Treated single thread. The thread end of the newly spun dop fur thread and the thread end of the dop drawn from the bobbin pelfadens are connected to each other in a splice connection the.
The invention has for its object the method of improve the type mentioned so that the connection place between the newly spun double thread and that of the Bobbin pulled double thread almost after twisting is invisible.
This object is achieved in that the threads of the thread ends of the double thread removed from the bobbin and the new spare a double thread and that the isolated Threads of the thread ends each with their own splice bond to each other.
The invention is based on the knowledge that the Ver binding of the double thread using only one splice connection Double thread changed so that in the subsequent twine the twist of the twist in this splice connection compared to the rest of the double thread, which in the other areas consists of the two threads that the Threads are wrapped around each other. By inventing The piecing in accordance with the invention will separate the double thread into keep two single threads also in the area of the splice connection ten, so that in this regard during the subsequent twisting makes no difference. The two threads can also in the Wind the area of the splice connections around each other.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the two threads are offset in the longitudinal direction of the double thread th spots are spliced together. This will make the Splice connection, which in itself represents a yarn defect, so divided that there was only one in the later twine "Half" error results because in the area of the splice connection ei one of the threads is an area of the other correctly spun Fadens is assigned. The visibility of the piecing point will therefore further reduced.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the threads of the thread still on the bobbin after a thread break double thread at least at one point from each other be separated before they reach the coil. This will make the Double thread already wound on the bobbin for spinning prepared. This already wound double thread usually rides a little more difficulty with one Separation as the newly spun double thread, which initially consists of two individual threads that have not yet been merged.
Further features and advantages of the invention result from the following description of the shown in the drawing th embodiments.

In Fig. 1, a single spinning unit of a spinning machine is shown, which consists of a plurality of such spinning units arranged side by side in a row. In each of these spinning units, fiber slivers ( 1 , 2 ) are guided in the direction of arrows ( A , B ) through drafting devices ( 3 , 4 ), in which they are drawn into threads ( 5 , 6 ) of a selected fineness. These threads ( 5 , 6 ) run into pneumatic false twist devices ( 7 , 8 ), in which they are spun into pre-consolidated threads ( 9 , 10 ) by means of a pneumatic false twist. This solidify before is relatively minor, so that no usable threads can be created in this form. The threads ( 9 , 10 ) are brought together by means of thread guide elements ( 11 ) to form a double thread ( 12 ) which is drawn off by a take-off device ( 13 ). The double thread ( 12 ) then runs in the direction of the arrow ( C ) to a winding device ( 14 ), in which it is wound into a cheese ( 15 ). The cross-wound bobbin ( 15 ) serves as a feed bobbin for twisting, through which the double thread ( 12 ) first obtains the desired, final strength.
The drafting systems ( 3 , 4 ) are designed, for example, as five-cylinder drafting systems which are provided with corresponding top straps and bottom straps. Of these drafting units ( 3 , 4 ) adapted to the material to be spun, only the output roller pairs are shown, which are formed from a lower cylinder ( 16 ) and pressure rollers ( 17 , 18 ) running in the longitudinal direction and driven at the machine end. The pressure rollers ( 17 , 18 ) are designed in a manner not shown as pressure roller twins, which are held in a load arm not shown Darge. By lifting the Bela stungsarmes with the pressure roller twins, of which only the pressure rollers ( 17 , 18 ) are shown, the function of the drafting devices ( 3 , 4 ) can be interrupted, so that the further run of the slivers ( 1 , 2 ) also stopped is. This function interruption is controlled by a control device, not shown, which in turn receives signals from thread monitors ( 27 , 28 ) which are arranged immediately after the pneumatic false twist devices ( 7 , 8 ) and which break one or both threads ( 9 , 10 ) display and send a corresponding signal to the control unit.
The pneumatic false twist devices (7, 8) each contain weils two successively arranged air nozzles (19,20; 21,22) which are seen with compressed air supply ports (23, 24, 25, 26) ver. The respective first air nozzles ( 19 , 21 ) are designed as so-called suction nozzles which suck in the incoming threads ( 5 , 6 ) but which give them no or almost no false twist. The respective second air nozzles ( 20 , 22 ) are the actual false twist nozzles which give the threads ( 5 , 6 ) a false twist, which however dissolves when the air nozzles ( 20 , 22 ) are left. The pre-consolidation follows that fiber ends remain wound around the respective threads ( 9 , 10 ).
The thread guide elements ( 11 ) are bolt-shaped, arranged in pairs on arranged thread guides ( 29 , 30 , 31 , 32 ), which hold the threads ( 9 , 10 ) first as an extension of the air nozzles ( 19 , 20 ; 21 , 22 ) and then bring them together that the two threads ( 9 , 10 ) form a double thread ( 12 ). The two threads ( 9 , 10 ) are brought close to one another, but in such a way that they do not bind to one another.
The trigger device ( 13 ) contains a continuous in the machine longitudinal direction and driven at the machine end cylinder ( 33 ) to which a pressure roller ( 34 ) is assigned.
The subsequent winding device ( 14 ) is only indicated. It contains a winding roller ( 35 ) which runs in the longitudinal direction of the machine and is driven at the end of the machine and drives the spool ( 15 ). The winding device ( 14 ) also contains a traversing device, not shown, for generating the cross winding, and also a compensating device, also not shown, by means of which the changes in length of the double thread ( 12 ) which occur during traversing are compensated.
Before the winding device ( 14 ) there is also a treatment device ( 36 ) which has a feed line ( 37 ) for a treatment agent, for example compressed air. This treatment device ( 36 ) can be formed in various ways, as will be explained below. In the illustrated embodiment, the treatment device ( 36 ) is also connected upstream of a suction nozzle ( 38 ). The treatment device ( 36 ) and the suction nozzle ( 38 ) are also controlled by the control device, not shown, which is connected to the thread monitors ( 27 , 28 ).
In a first embodiment of the invention it is provided that the treatment device ( 36 ) is a means for generating egg false twist in the double thread ( 12 ), for example a false twist nozzle. In the event of a thread break, which is reported by one of the thread monitors ( 27 , 28 ) to the control device, the treatment device ( 36 ) is activated, so that a false twist is generated in the double thread ( 12 ) still present in this area. The false twist leads to the fact that the broken thread end ( 41 ) winds helically around the unbroken strand ( 40 ), as shown in FIG. 2. The control unit also causes the bobbin ( 15 ) to be lifted off the winding shaft ( 35 ) so that the bobbin ( 15 ) slowly runs out due to its inertia and thereby winds up the double thread ( 12 ). The control unit also causes the supply of the slivers ( 1 , 2 ) to be interrupted, in particular by opening the drafting units ( 3 , 4 ), so that the further feed of threads ( 5 or 6 ) is interrupted. The delivery device ( 13 ) continues so that the result of the interruption of the sliver supply end of the remaining thread ( 40 ) is transported further, which finally gets into the likewise activated suction device ( 38 ). This Fa denende is therefore at a defined point and can be easily found and gripped by a maintenance device, the broken thread end ( 41 ) being taken along when unwinding. As is still shown in Fig. 2, it is additionally ensured that before the winding of the En ( 42 ) of the broken thread ( 41 ) around the thread ( 40 ), the two threads ( 40 , 41 ) are spread apart, so that they form an eyelet-shaped gap ( 43 ) in which the two threads ( 40 , 41 ) are separated from one another. This spreading or separation can take place pneumatically or electrostatically or by other measures. The maintenance device which then becomes active is equipped with a sensor which detects this gap ( 43 ), in the area of which a marking can be made on one or both threads ( 40 , 41 ). This can be done by spraying, waxing, electrostatic charging, moistening, smoothing or turning or other elements. In addition, the maintenance device is provided with means which seize the two threads ( 40 , 41 ) separately and treat them separately.
In another embodiment, the treatment device ( 36 ) is designed as a cutting device which is actuated when one of the two threads ( 9 , 10 ) breaks and which cuts off the double thread still present, so that two thread ends ( 44 , 45 ) arise, which are in the same place ( Fig. 3). In addition, a pneumatic or electrostatic or other device ensures that these two ends ( 44 , 45 ) of the threads ( 40 , 41 ) are spread apart, so that they also leave an intermediate space ( 46 ) here, such as this is shown in Fig. 3. In this case too, it is possible that a corresponding device of the maintenance device, not shown, receives the two ends ( 44 , 45 ) of the threads ( 40 , 41 ) separately and treats them separately.
The maintenance device, not shown, which is designed as a ver mobile, the individual spinning units deliverable maintenance carriage is equipped with a splicing device which has two adjacent splice channels, as is known for example from US Patent 33 79 002. The two threads ( 40 , 41 ), which are separated from the maintenance device, are placed separately in the splicing device. Likewise, the maintenance device inserts the two threads ( 9 , 10 ) into the splicing device separately after the maintenance device has caused spinning to be resumed, for which the maintenance device issues a command to close the drafting devices ( 3 , 4 ) and resume the Delivery of the threads ( 5 , 6 ) has given. Since the threads ( 9 , 10 ) are produced separately from one another, it is relatively easy to take them separately and to insert them separately into the splicing device (not shown).
Separate splice connections ( 49 , 52 ) are produced in the splicing device between the threads ( 9 , 40 and 10 , 41 ), which are preferably produced at mutually offset locations in the longitudinal direction of the thread. Each splice connection ( 49 , 52 ) is thus associated with an area of the other thread ( 10 , 40 ) that is normally spun. These splice connections ( 49 , 52 ) thus represent only a "half" yarn error in the double thread ( 12 ). This error is further reduced if the double thread ( 12 ) is twisted.
