Description
The invention relates to a measurement method for aprons exploration in the ground when driving underground from Tunnel cross sections according to the generic term of the main one saying.
The tunnel cross sections are usually after the Principle of hydraulic pipe jacking manufactured, in which a pipe is pressed into the mountains while doing so at the same time, the soil is displaced or down is built and promoted. As a rule, the building ground has only a low homogeneity Interest in knowing how to make the tunnel cross section nisse to gain a suitable Select tool and / or to clear obstacles term. Disruptions or obstacles in loose rock can be in the form of stones, boulders, and in the ground remaining building remains can be problematic. Further can water bubbles, sand bubbles, stone nests in the subsoil or bombs can be found.
During drilling, these obstacles are removed by the Rise in press forces, reduced propulsion performance and in particular acoustically by a in advance drive microphone installed noticed. The Hin knowledge of tunneling if their location is not known to waste significant time unexpected changes that may be necessary more frequently of the drilling tool or obstacle removal that only initiated when the obstacle is present can be. In addition, at not timely the service life of the factory after changing the cutting heads testify by hitting obstacles considerably shortened.
With tunnel cross sections that are close to the roads can run from the surface Road surface from used to drill bits nisse or soil inhomogeneities. These Measuring methods fail, however, if they are arranged lower Tunnel cross-sections or have insufficient ones Location accuracy. Depending on the depth of the tunnel cross they are cut because of the low penetration depth of the measuring devices partly not feasible at all and because of the requirement for highly sensitive measuring devices very expensive.
It is also used to control the tunneling of essential to change the timely Soil formations e.g. from layers of stone to layers of clay detect a possible run of the bore axis to prevent.
B. 14 m Durchmesser
nicht geeignet. Insbesondere erlauben die Meßsignale
keine räumliche Vorfelderkundung.
From US-PS 45 78 675 a measuring method for exploring boreholes in the ground is known, with a device for deep drilling using a measuring device which detects the physical properties of the ground, the measuring signals of which are evaluated by a computer for characterizing the layers. The known measuring method scans the surroundings of the borehole with regard to the change in the electrical conductivity, a different penetration depth being achieved with the aid of different frequencies. The measurement signal is an integrating measurement, which allows the determination of whether there is a disturbance in the run-up to the borehole, but not its exact location. Such a measuring method is for tunnel cross sections with z. B. 14 m diameter is not suitable. In particular, the measurement signals do not allow spatial apron exploration.
The invention has for its object a measurement method for apron exploration in the ground at the underground To create tunnel cross-sections, a three-dimensional one during tunneling work Apron exploration possible at low cost.
According to the invention, to solve this problem Features of the main claim.
The measurement method enables monitoring of the apron in front of the face in time disturbances and identify obstacles to tunneling through, for example, the timely tool change the service life of expensive drilling tools is increased and the deviation of the bore axis from the Target line z. B. with more compliant soft ground formations can be counteracted.
The immediate apron exploration on the face, at which creates a three-dimensional image of the apron is about 10 to 20 hours beforehand the presence of obstacles and the extent of obstacles to be informed, so take appropriate precautions can be done without wasting time. For example, a tool change can be prepared or initiated an obstacle removal early will. It is also possible to change the propulsion parameters with optimal knowledge of the apron.
At least one auxiliary hole can be made during pipe installation in the direction of advance of the tunnel boring machine be drilled into the face, into which subsequently Measuring devices for borehole measurements inserted will. With such borehole measurements, the measuring device can be introduced rotating for all-round scanning.
This method of measurement is used for pipe installation necessary downtimes used to the apron to explore with the help of borehole measurements.
It is also possible to have only one transmitter in the borehole and the recipient (s) on the sign or another stationary part of the tunnel boring machine to provide.
Two or more auxiliary holes can also be used mutual distance between the cutting arms of the Cutting head are drilled into the working face using measuring instruments to be able to use with a shorter range.
The scanning of the surrounding soil can essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the auxiliary bore take place, with a simultaneous linear movement of the measuring device in the auxiliary bore and a continuous one Rotation of the scanning direction around the longitudinal axis of the Auxiliary hole around the surrounding soil helically is scanned. This is an accurate one angular location with continuous measurement in one pass possible.
Alternatively, the measuring device scans by sector, the measuring device according to the number of the sectors several times through the auxiliary hole and must be moved back. With this procedure no device is needed that scans the direction continuously changes, reducing the cost of the meter be reduced.
The arrangement of the measuring devices on the tunnel boring machine in the working area enables use of less sensitive gauges that are significant are cheaper.
The measuring device is preferably on the cutting head attached to the tunnel boring machine, the apron circularly scanned when the cutting head rotates and the measurement signals via rotary or radio transmitters together with an angle measurement signal for the Transfer the position of the cutting head to a computer will. The measuring device can be used with the cutting head rotate and scan the apron in a circle. The The computer coordinates the measurement signals with the angle measurement signals and can pinpoint the exact location of an obstacle e.g. B. display on a screen.
There can be several in the cutting arms of the cutting head Measuring devices with a different radial Distance from the axis of the hole. This is an advantage to use with large tunnel cross sections inexpensive measuring equipment with relatively scanning the entire tunnel cross-section to enable. The measuring devices can in different cutting arms of the cutting head be accommodated to also have an angular offset to get the scan. It can be for everyone radial position at least one replacement measuring device be provided only if a corresponding one fails Measuring device is used. This will downtime in the event of a measuring device failure the tunnel boring machine or information gaps in reliably avoid apron exploration.
In the case of existing transmission and reception facilities The transmitter can use measuring devices on rotating machine elements and the receiver on stationary machine elements or the receiver on rotating and the Transmitter arranged on stationary machine elements will. So z. B. in a shield tunneling machine the transmitting or receiving devices on the Shield attached and the respective counterpart on the rotating cutting head. The evaluation of the measurement signals is then carried out with the aid of the computer in a multiplex scanning process.
In another embodiment, the measuring device in a stationary relative to the drilling tool Part of the tunnel boring machine attached. This stationary part can, for example, the shield of a Shield tunneling machine or tunnel tunneling machines without a shield, generally the outer stationary machine limitation be.
In such a measuring device there are preferably several Transmitter circular on the shield of a shield tunneling machine with the same circumferential distance from each other arranged, each between the transmitters one or more receivers are arranged to receive the signals received by all broadcasters. The network of direct Connection lines between all transmitters and all Receiver has a mesh size that is less than the smallest obstacle to be determined. The connecting lines from all senders to all receivers a mesh network, the dimension of which depends of the shield diameter and the number of on the Sign arranged transmitter and receiver calculated can be. For example, with tunnel cross sections over 10 m and a smallest still to be determined Obstacle with a diameter of 20 cm the number the sender and receiver are determined.
The measuring devices are preferably behind one pressure-resistant windows built into the machine elements, to prevent damage. With a window material occurs from borosilicate glass, for example when measuring with the help of radar waves none Attenuation of the radar beams.
This method of measurement is particularly so Tunneling methods advantageous in which the Shield advanced far beyond the clearing tool becomes.
A sound measuring head, e.g. B. an ultrasonic measuring head can be used, the coupling to the face using water. The ultrasound measurement is particularly suitable, the porosity of the soil.

The following exemplary embodiments relate to tunnel construction through shield construction. The arrangement of the Measuring devices in tunneling elements on the In principle, the face is also used for other types Tunneling methods possible.
The shield construction consists of a mechanical tunnel propulsion in fine-grained, strongly rolling, mild and in floating mountains. A circular one is used Steel cylinder as a breast closure, the section through hydraulic presses into the ge to be traversed is driven forward. You break in his protection the floor and immediately bricked the tunnel ring or lay corresponding pipes.

Fig. 2 shows a front view of the tunnel boring machine with a cylindrical shield 1 and a cutting head 3 consisting of several cutting arms 2nd The cutting arms are provided with suitable tools, not shown in detail, for clearing the soil. Each of the cutting arms 2 has a measuring device 4 , 5 , each of which has different radial positions on three successive cutting arms with respect to the bore axis. When Rota tion of the cutting head 3 describe these Meßein directions 4 , 5 circular paths and feel the apron 7 from a circle. In each case three measuring devices 4 and 5 belong to a group, which supplies the measurement signals together with an angular position signal to a computer which, by coordinating the measurement and position signals, enables location of obstacles and can display the obstacles on a screen. The second group of measuring devices 5 serves as a replacement in the event of a fault in a measuring device 4 of the first group. The individual measuring devices can also be interconnected so that measuring devices of every second cutting arm belong together. The measuring devices are preferably housed in recesses in the cutting arm and protected by a pressure-resistant window. This window can be made of borosilicate glass, for example, which does not cause attenuation in the case of radar waves. Another suitable material is fiberglass.

Fig. 3 shows a front view of the tunnel boring machine, in which according to another Ausführungsbei game with measuring devices 4 , 5 , which consist of transmitters and receivers, the receivers on the shield 1 are evenly distributed in a circular manner, while a transmitter centrally is arranged in the region of the bore axis, if necessary, rotating with the cutting head. One or more transmitters could also be arranged in the same radial arrangement of the receivers in the radial center of a cutting arm or with different radial distances from the bore axis on different cutting arms 2 .
Fig. 4 shows an arrangement of transmitters 11 and receivers like 12 on the shield 1 , in which neither the transmitter 11 nor the receiver 12 are movable. On the circumference of the shield, for example in the cutting shoe 10 , a plurality of transmitters are arranged sunk evenly behind pressure-proof windows, between which a plurality of receivers are arranged, which can receive signals from all transmitters. The connecting lines of all transmitters 11 with all receivers 12 result in a dense network of meshes, so that even with tunnel cross-sections well over 10 m, relatively small obstacles can be located.
Fig. 5 shows a measurement method that can be used during construction Rohrver. When the cutting head 3 is at a standstill, 2 auxiliary holes 9 are drilled into the gaps between the cutting arms in the working face 6 , into which measuring instruments can be guided to carry out borehole measurements.
Fig. 6 shows an example of a triangular Anord voltage of the auxiliary bores 9 , which have a equal spacing from one another, which enable radiation measurement as well as reflex measurements, for example with radar measurement methods.
Fig. 7 shows a single central bore, for example in a cutting head 3 with a hollow axis.
In the auxiliary bores shown in FIG. 5 to 7 can be introduced Gauge te rotating, around a rotating circular resampling to obtain.
In addition, it can be provided to insert only one transmitter into the central auxiliary bore 9 according to FIG. 7, and to provide one or more receivers 12 which are arranged uniformly on the circumference of the shield and which, depending on the linear position of the transmitter 11 in the auxiliary bore 9, perform an apron survey enable at different angles as radiographic measurement.
Electromagnets are preferably used as measuring devices table pulse processes and ultrasonic measurements turns. But also for resistance measurements and field Strength measurements are the measurement methods described suitable.
Ultrasound measuring devices are used when the machine is at a standstill, according to FIG. 6 between the cutting arms, the contact between the ultrasound head and the ground using liquid or gel or the space between the shield and the ground being filled with water or clay.
In the case of radar devices, pulse series are emitted and echo pulses returning from the obstacle 8 are received. The pulse repetition frequency of a radar device depends on the desired range. The radar measurements are carried out at a frequency between 60 megahertz and 1.2 gigahertz. The directional antenna of the radar emits, for example, at an angle of 25 to 30 °. The distance to the obstacle 8 is determined from the transit time of the pulse-shaped signal for the way there and back. In connection with the position of the measuring device, an exact locating signal results.
The depth of penetration, i.e. the range of the Meßge advise should be at least 2 m, so that at a rate of advance of 10 to 20 cm each Hour an apron exploration that gives you a time leeway for countermeasures in the case of hinder permits from 10 to 20 hours.
When the measuring device is arranged in rotating parts the cutting head is for the transmission of the measuring sig nale to the computer a rotary transformer or e.g. a Infrared signal transmission required. By again took measurements, e.g. through several turns of the Cutting head, is filtering out interference possible.
The measurement signals evaluated by the computer can inside the shield tunneling machine e.g. on one Screen or on a printout or can also be transmitted to the earth's surface. Here the computer can also handle obstacles give an acoustic warning.
