Abstract

The invention effects recycling of paint sludge from 1-component paints which has not been unstuck with adsorbents or coagulants. The solvent-containing paint sludge adhering to the board fabric belt runs over a flat table surface and the adhering paint is scraped off from the broad fabric belt by means of a doctor blade and, via a kneader, the paint passes into a collection vessel. Die Erfindung, Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Entsorgung von nicht oder schwer entklebbaren Lacken aus Naßlackieranlagen und Farbspritzständen und anderen Industrieschlämmen, aus Klär- oder sonstigen Reinigungsanlagen, ermöglicht, daß auch nicht mit Adsorptions- und Koagulierungsmittel entklebter Lackschlamm, sondern reine und nur lösemittelhaltige Farbpartikel sich auf dem Gewebe- Breitband (1) durch Sedimentation absetzen oder flotierende Farbpartikel ohne Koagulieruangsmittel an der Oberfläche von dem Gewebe-Breitband (1) am Beckenrand erfaßt und ausgetragen werden. Dieser Kneter (18) trennt das anhaftende Wasser vom Lack, so daß nur reiner Lack in den Farb-Sammelbehälter (17) gelangt. Der inzwischen entstandene Lösemittelverlust kann in dem Farb­ sammelbecken (17) ersetzt werden. Mit einem bekannten Rührwerk von Hand oder mechanisch können die Lösemittel wieder untergemischt werden, so daß der Lack die erforderliche Viskosität wieder erhält.
