Description

Writing surface made of a film for recorders. It has been found that as a writing surface for recorders in which the Sight lines using a hard, pointed pen, e.g. B: a steel point : or a diamond splinter, to be scratched, a film strip excellent suitable, and that .in this way thanks to the homogeneous, fine-grained structure and the smooth surface of the film, very fine sight lines at very small intervals (o, i mm) can be scratched without considerable effort.

The one prepared in the manner just given according to the previous method The main effect of the film was the difference in light transmission from the substrate and top layer. Only substances that could be used as top layers which themselves absorb the light strongly.

In the method of the present invention, it is preferred that one be continuous colorless celluloid ribbon is used, into which the sight lines are scratched. The light transmission is therefore because of the compared to the thickness of the tape vanishingly small depth of the incisions (about o, ooi mm) not noticeably changed, on the other hand, the light is deflected at the edges of the incised lines, whereby These appear darker in the transmitted light. Against the uninjured surface and in the; striking light brighter. This is still the case if the film is a only has covering for protection or other purposes, insofar as the latter has approximately the same light transmission as the film itself. Suitable However, lighting increases the contrast between the incisions and the surroundings, also subsequent treatment with dyes, the latter filling in the cracks and thus. make them appear more colored. If the typist anyway is not sufficient, the well-known point-by-point registration is used, in which the pen can usually move freely and only periodically by an assistant the film is depressed. Despite the fine sight lines, the general course is same .also. Easy to see with the naked eye. But details can can be made visible and evaluated at any time by means of optical magnification. Even it is possible to photograph the scraping lines, if necessary, in a greatly enlarged Scale to reproduce. For the effect, it is irrelevant whether the film itself is colorless or in the mass or only superficially colored, since the visibility of the sight lines is mainly based on the diffraction of light. To that: diagram To be able to project with any cinema device, the film becomes sufficiently translucent and executed in width and perforation the same as the normal cinema films. The usage of the film as a writing surface, without any disadvantages for the clarity and accuracy, .to push the diagrams very tightly together. Furthermore, since the film is very thin (up to o, i mm), it takes up in = rolled condition very little space. At the same time, it is possible to write on both sides of the film at the same time and also to see both hiagramine.

According to the prevailing linguistic incense, the film is a band made of celluloid or similar material to understand how mainly. for photographic purposes is used.

DeiärÜge filin varieties do not come here "into consideration as they are either not translucent or not smooth or finite are not insensitive to atmospheric influences.
