Der auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellte Dampfkessel besteht aus zwei ringförmigen Kopfstücken A Ä1, Fig. 1, 4 und 5, welche mittelst durchgehender Wasserrohren B mit einander zu einem Stück verbunden sind. In dem Boden von A, Fig. 1, hängen in runder Reihe sogen. Field'sche Röhren B1. Die Röhren B und B1 sind mit einem senkrechten Blechmantel /, Fig. ι und 4, umgeben. Aufserhalb des Mantels J windet sich ein Schlangenrohr K von oben nach unten. Das ganze Rohrsystem ist durch einen zweitheiligen Doppelmantel L mit Sandfüllung ■ I/ dicht abgeschlossen.The tube E, FIGS. 1, 2 and 5, is guided through the upper part A.
