Bürsten und Besen auswechselbaren Borstenbündeln. Gegenstand der vorliegenden
Erfindung bildet eine Verbesserung an Bürsten und Besen derjenigen `Art, bei der
die Borstenbündel auswechselbar im Borstenholz angeordnet sind. Die Erfindung ist
darin zu erblicken, daß die einzelnen Borstenbündel in einer Hülse gefaßt sind,
deren Kopf mit versetzt zueinander gerichteten Rillen ausgestattet ist, in welche
die Drähte eines im Borstenholz angeordneten z)rahtnetzes greifen, während der Schaft
der
Bündelfassung eine gewölbte Form aufweist und in die Wölbung
einer in der Borstenholzbohrung angeordnete federnde Hülse greift, so daß das Bündel

verjüngt und zwecks Federung dieses nach innneu g"v91hte:i Teiles mit mehreren Schlitzen
d versehen ist. Die Hülse c muß selbstverständlich unbewaglich in der Bohruni; b
befestigt sein. Li die VerJefung des Bürsteauuterteiles crl w,rden zw: i Metallrähmchen
e und e1 passend eingelegt, die mit entsprehend starken federnden Metalldrähten
bespan=nt sind, und zwar besitzt das eine R-hmchen e nur Längsdrähte
f, das andere R'ihlnchen e1 nur Querdrähte f1. Der Abstand dieser Drähte
voneinander ist so groß, daß beim Übereinanderlegen der Rähmcheii e und e, klei=ne
Quadrate entstehen, die auf die Bo'.iru@.ig@n bim Bürstenkörper passen. Nach dem
Einlegen der beiden Drahtgitter in den Bürste,iteil a1 kann der Bürstendeckel a,
aufgeschraubt oder aufgeleimt werden, so daß nun der Bürs~e:ikörper einen Hohlraum
bildet. Die Bora'e:i sind nun in Bündeln g in je eine Metallhülse h gefaßt und eingeleimt,
welche genau der inneren Form d 2r Hülse c entspricht; die Verjünuag d-#s lnittlerein
Teiles dieser Hülse h wird erst eingepreßt, nachdem die Borsteubündel eingeleimt
sind, und gibt dadurch den Bündeln einen besseren Halt. Am oberen Ende besitzt die
Hülse h einen rundem Ansatz, in den zwei Paar um go ° gegeneinander versetzte Nuten
i und il eingefräst sind, in welche die Drähte f und fl einschnappen. Zum Einsetzen
eines solchen Borstenbündels ist es nur nötig, dasselbe in die betreffende Bohrung
des Bürstenkörpers einzudrücken. Die federnden Stege der Hülse c und die Drähte
f und f1 der darüberliegenden Gitter geben et«@as nach, schnappen beim Weiterdrücken
in die Hülse k bzw. die Nuten i und il ein und halten so das Bündel fest, wobei
ein Drehen desselben infolge der senkrecht zueinander stehenden Nuten i und il und
der Drähte f und f1 ausgeschlossen ist. Um die Bewegung der Borstenbündel nach oben
zu begrenzen, ist der hopf k des Ansatzes so hoch gemacht, daß er an den Deckel
