Verfahren zur Herstellung von Halb- und Fertigprodukten aus Prepreg- und Harzabfällen, bei dem die Abfälle gesammelt, unter Einwirkung eines tiefsiedenden und verflüssigten Gases ab­ gekühlt, zerkleinert, vermischt und unter Drücken von 1 bis 10 bar sowie bei Temperaturen von 120 bis 200°C zu Formlingen, insbe­ sondere zu Baustoffplatten unterschiedlicher Größe und Geometrie gepreßt werden, gekennzeichnet durch die Ver­ fahrensschritte
  • a) Sammeln der ausgehärteten Prepreg- und Harzabfälle getrennt nach epoxid- und phenolhaltigen Abfällen,
  • b) Abkühlen der Abfälle auf Temperaturen von ca. -100° bis -200°C
  • c) Zerkleinern der Abfälle auf Abmessungen zwischen 0,5-5 · 10-3 m,
  • d) Mischen des Abfallgranulats mit einem Granulat aus einem Thermoplastabfall,
  • e) Einbringen, Formen und Aushärten in einer Formpresse.
