Description
The invention relates to a cleaning device according to the preamble of claim 1.
Especially in the case of cutting machines, the Interfaces of the cutting materials often aqueous solutions, Emulsions or oils passed for cooling and lubrication. At the same time, these coolants and / or lubricants hereinafter referred to as auxiliary liquids, the accrued Chips and other solid components - if necessary in one Chip conveyor - open and bind these substances to themselves. Such cutting machines and especially multi-spindle machines have a high demand during the machining process Auxiliary liquid. It is therefore constantly cleaned, reused and the fluid cycle again fed.
When cleaning the auxiliary liquid from contamination of the Process, it is already known, the chips and others solid components with a sieve from the liquid to separate. Although this procedure is particularly simple, but also very rough at the same time; using this procedure the auxiliary liquid can not with the necessary Purity level can be recovered.
It is also already known to metal particles from a Discard auxiliary liquid with the help of a magnetic roller. Such magnetic rollers are often combined in one Process used together with seven. Have magnetic rollers however, the disadvantage that they are only ferromagnetic substances can sort out and therefore when machining and chipping for example of aluminum and brass are unusable.
Cleaning processes and equipment are therefore also known where the magnetic roller is followed by a band filter or where the auxiliary liquid is used only with Is cleaned with a belt filter. Such band filters have the advantage that even the finest and non-magnetizable Particles that may not be from the magnetic roller could be removed, can still be eliminated from them. However, such a band filter takes up a lot of space often hardly available for machine tools, for example stands and is costly and maintenance-intensive in operation. In addition a band filter has a high consumption of the usual and as Filter serving non-woven material, which can be divided into two Affects adversely. This fleece material is for one expensive, on the other hand it can be used in the Usually only as - more voluminous according to consumption - Hazardous waste.
From US-PS 35 59 809 a device is already known with the two filter elements alternately in filter function can be switched, in an operating position Filter is backwashed.
In this device there is an additional tank as a reservoir required for filtered liquid, from which the Backwashing liquid is removed. The one through this additional tank existing space requirement makes use this device in connection with machine tools problematic, since there is no corresponding place or is only available to a very limited extent.
Also in a device according to DE-OS 30 11 352 are two Tanks required, with the disadvantage described above. The in addition to a sedimentation or decanting tank, in to which the chip conveyor rotates serves the necessary additional tank to hold a supply of the cleaned liquid. Here this tank must be sized so that the one in it included liquid supply for cleaning the Filter device and at the same time for liquid-consuming machine tool is sufficient. Furthermore two suction pumps are necessary. Through this as well the two correspondingly large liquid tanks a comparatively large amount of space is required.
A backwashable filter is also from the AT-PS 2 61 635 known. Individual filter elements can be one several of these having filter arrangement backwashed will. This filter arrangement is not based on that tailored to the special requirements of machine tools and also requires by the separate from the consumer Arrangement of the filters an additional space.
Finally, from DE 36 16 426 A1 there is also one Filter device known, but this is backwashing the filter with reverse flow direction of the No liquid provided. This facility is also comparatively complex and also required by A large number of individual devices provided appropriate place.
It is therefore the task of a simple, space-saving and inexpensive device for cleaning the auxiliary liquid of machine tools and / or chip conveyors with simultaneously to create a high degree of separation.
The solution according to the invention is in the labeling part of the Main claim reproduced.
Such a cleaning device is particularly space-saving, because, among other things, no additional container is necessary. The Auxiliary fluid circulates here in a cycle. A Partial flow of the filtered liquid becomes Backwash and clean at least one other Filter device used. The filter devices can alternately in the filter flow direction and Filter backwash direction can be switched. In this way liquid is constantly sucked in through a filter device and cleaned while a partial flow of the filtered Liquid rinsed through another filter device and from Cleans dirt particles. These dirt particles remain either in the uncleaned area of the liquid or via a chip conveyor from the liquid circuit promoted outside. Is the filter device over which so far If the liquid is sucked in, it becomes blocked Flow direction in the filter devices changed so that the one currently in the filter function Flushed filter device in filter backwash direction and is now cleaned of dirt particles. So you can the auxiliary liquid constantly over at least one Suction ready filter device, the filter of the filter devices can be used several times can. This makes the maintenance intervals essential extended, the resulting hazardous waste or similar waste reduced and accordingly the costs under a such a procedure.
It can last for a long period without a break Auxiliary liquid also cleaned with a high degree of separation will. Is on after a comparatively long period of time Changing the filters is necessary when using oily or oily auxiliary liquids, for example, only to dispose of relatively small filter fleeces as special waste and not a big band filter.
For the change of the necessary at longer intervals Filters, the filter devices should be easily accessible. The filter devices are therefore expediently located in the upper one Area of the part of the machine bed Liquid arranged. An arrangement in the upper part of the Liquid ensures that the filtering devices are not are clogged too quickly with metal shavings because everyone Solid particles are in the lower areas of the Machine bed or the like can sediment.
The required high degree of separation of the filter devices can be achieved in particular that each have a fleece as a filter. The flow Reversing device is a multi-way tap trained, the automatically controllable and to do so is preferably connected to a time interval switch.
An automatically controllable multi-way tap makes it easier Usability of the cleaning device essential and allows in conjunction with a time interval switch, that the cleaning device on the respective Degree of contamination of the auxiliary liquid can be set can. Because switching the flow direction in Fluid circulation and the change from the Filter flow direction to filter backwash in the Filter facilities depend on how fast the filter be clogged, for example, by metal shavings.
If the auxiliary liquid is very dirty these time intervals are shorter; you can use the Time interval switch according to the respective Pollution degree can be set.
It is advantageous if the multi-way valve as a solenoid valve is trained. Such a solenoid valve is special inexpensive and easy to control.
According to a proposal according to the invention, the circulation pump designed as a centrifugal pump. A centrifugal pump is special simple, space-saving and still able to handle larger quantities To promote auxiliary liquid.
When there are high pressure requirements in the liquid circuit expediently connected downstream of a high-pressure pump.
The effective filter surface area can be increased if the Filter devices on the funnel or opening side are suction cup-shaped. Also a funnel or Suction cup-shaped design of the filter devices changes nothing about the advantages of the invention Cleaning device in terms of space requirements and with regard to special waste disposal of ver needed filters.
The maximum temperature of the auxiliary liquid can be limited or be lowered when in the fluid circuit Liquid cooler is provided. This will not only the cooling effect on the tools increases and the tempera the level of the entire device is kept lower, rather, the temperature load of the cleaning fleeces lowered, which extends their lifespan.
It is also contemplated that the cleaning device as a central cleaning device for several machines is trained. This way it becomes a space-saving and inexpensive central cleaning device for created several cutting machine tools.
Finally, it is conceivable that the cleaning device more than two preferably funnel-shaped Has filter devices with filters, preferably from different degrees of separation. If you do that cleaning device according to the invention with filters of the same degree of separation, so the war Increase the intervals even further. Filtering devices with filters of different degrees of separation allow you to choose between the filters and - without other major conversions - to use the filters, whose degree of separation meets the purity requirements of the Auxiliary fluid during a certain work process corresponds.
In the following, the invention is based on an advantageous one Embodiment in connection with the drawings explained in more detail.
Es zeigt stark schematisiert:It shows a highly schematic:
Fig. 1 eine Teilseitenansicht einer Reinigungsvorrichtung und Fig. 1 is a partial side view of a cleaning device and
Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of a line routing of the cleaning device.
In FIG. 1 there is a chip conveyor 2 in a machine bed 1 of a cutting machine tool - not shown in FIG. 1. The machine bed 1 is filled with auxiliary liquid up to a liquid level F. During the machining process, the cutting machine tool throws workpiece chips and the auxiliary liquid serving as a coolant and lubricant into the chip space R. Among other things, the chips also hit a wall 3 and from there fall downward into the machine bed 1 in the direction of arrow S. The workpiece chips and other solid particles are bound in the machine bed 1 by the auxiliary liquid collected there. A portion of the solid particles P is conveyed through the chip conveyor 2 from the machine bed 1 to the outside and falls on the lying outside of the machine bed 1 the end of the chip conveyor 2 in a chip container. 4 In particular, finer metal chips and other solid particles P remain to a considerable extent in the part of the auxiliary liquid located in the machine bed 1 . Before the auxiliary liquid is again supplied to the cutting machine tools or the like, these must be cleaned of practically all solid components if the machines are not to suffer from the impurities and the precision of the work results is to decrease.
To clean the auxiliary liquid, the cleaning device has filter devices 5 which are funnel-shaped on the opening side and are each equipped with a fleece 6 . The filter devices 5 are arranged in the upper region of the part located in the machine bed 1 slightly below the liquid level F of the auxiliary liquid. This is from only one filter device 5 , z. B. 5 a, sucked (Pf 1), while the other filter device 5 , here z. B. 5 b, flushed through a partial flow (Pf 2) of the filtered auxiliary liquid and its filter fleece 6 is cleaned of dirt particles.
Fig. 2 shows the overall schematic representation of a cleaning device according to the invention. The machine bed 1 is only indicated by dash-dotted lines. In the machine bed 1 there are two filter devices 5 a and 5 b. A circulating pump 7 , driven by an AC motor 8 and designed as a centrifugal pump, first sucks auxiliary liquid from the machine bed 1 via the filter device 5 a. The auxiliary liquid, for example contaminated by metal chips, in the machine bed 1 is cleaned by the fleece 6 of the filter device 5 a. After passing through the circulating pump 7 of the purified liquid stream into two substreams T1 and T2 subdivided is, the partial flow T2 in the direction of arrow M to the cutting machine tool, and the partial flow T1 via a purge line 12 is initially in Filterrückspülrichtung to the filter device is led b. 5 If the circulation pump 7 has sucked dirty auxiliary liquid over a long period of time through the filter device 5 , the fleece 6 of the filter device 5 a must be cleaned. For this purpose, a serving as a flow reversing device selector valve 9 is provided that automatically controllable, and to a - is the time interval switch connected - not shown in Fig. 2. The direction of flow in the filter devices 5 a and 5 b is changed via the multi-way valve 9 . Ran the auxiliary liquid in the filter device 5 is first in Filterdurchströmrichtung and in the multi-way valve 9 in accordance with the solid lines, so it passes after the switching of the multi-way cock 9 according to the dashed there lines and the dashed at the lines arrows T3 now in Filterrückspülrichtung. Instead of via the filter device 5 a, the circulating pump 7 now draws in the auxiliary liquid via the filter device 5 b. Instead of the partial flow T1, a partial flow T3 now cleans one of the filter devices, namely the filter device 5 a.
Fig. 2 zeigt auch mehrere Absperrventile 10, 10′, 10′′, 10′′′ im Flüssigkeitskreislauf. In Fig. 2, the two alternating flow directions of the liquid circuit are shown by solid and dashed lines. Fig. 2 also shows several shut-off valves 10, 10 ', 10'',10''' in the liquid circuit. To raise the pressure in the cleaned area of the liquid circuit, the circulating pump 7 can also be followed by a high-pressure pump 11 which is also driven by an AC motor 8 .
As already mentioned, the method or the cleaning device can be operated not only with a pair of filter devices 5 a, 5 b, but optionally also with several pairs of such filter devices. The intervals at which the machine equipped with such a cleaning device must be shut down in order to replace the filter fleece 6 or the like then increases accordingly. As already mentioned, different pairs of filter devices 5 a and 5 b can also have filter fleeces 6 with different degrees of separation. Finally, it is also possible that at corresponding different times for the contamination of a filter device 5 a and a relatively short-term possibility of cleaning another filter device, for. B. 5 b, one with an odd number of filter devices, for. B. two filter devices 5 a and a filter device 5 b, gets along.
This is the case, for example, if the cleaning time for the filter 5 b is equal to or less than half the possible operating time of two filters 5 a working in filter function.
