Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a Enameled wire by applying a solvent-based lacquer layer on a metal wire moved in the longitudinal direction, evaporating the Solvent and hardening of the remaining on the wire Lacquer film, in which for rapid evaporation of the solvent and Curing the paint layer in the circulating hot air in the Counter-current to the moving metal wire a drying zone flows through, is fed into the fresh air and at which at least a portion of the hot air from an exhaust gas purification subjected and released hot air as exhaust gas to the outside is and on a device for performing the method.
It has long been known in the manufacture of Burn enamelled wires contained in the exhaust air. To this end, it is common to start with the solvent-exhaust air mixture to heat, for example by means of gas flame or electrical Heating. The mixture is then burned catalytically. The heat released is at least partially for the Drying process of the lacquer layer recovered (DE-AS 12 18 957, DE-AS 12 42 511).
To reduce the energy consumption in the manufacture of enamelled wires decrease, it is also known to use hot air for Evaporation of the solvent contained in the paint layer is provided within a pipe system in the circuit respectively. The hot air flows in counterflow to the with a fresh layer of varnish Drying zone. At the end of the drying zone, the Hot air mixed with fresh air and one with electrical Electricity or gas powered heater a catalyst fed. The cleaned hot air flows from there into one Retort concentrically surrounding channel and flows through it Channel from the beginning of the retort to its end. At the end of An exhauster is arranged which removes the hot air from the retort Sucks in the channel and presses it into the retort. With the Exhauster is connected to an exhaust pipe, via the cleaned one Hot air depending on the temperature of the burn-in retort comes out in a regulated manner. In dependence of the amount of exhaust gas can be at one or both ends of the Burn-in retort Fresh air sucked into the hot air circuit be (DE-PS 29 27 794).
To control the baking temperature of a baking oven for enamelled wire production is also known a method in which the circulated by means of a blower Hot air also dries in counterflow to the enamelled wire zone flows through, where the dry at both ends fresh air is fed into the hot air circuit, where the hot air is cleaned in a catalytic converter and a Part of the cleaned hot air is released to the outside. in the In the course of exhaust gas cleaning and exhaust gas discharge, Ener pour from the hot air into a glow for the paint to be painted Wire coupled in (DE-OS 31 18 830).
It has also been proposed for the Heating and exhaust gas cleaning of the circulated air to better utilize the energy used in that only one Part of the circulated air is subjected to exhaust gas cleaning (DE-OS 37 17 166).
The invention has for its object in a method the measure of producing a magnet wire Exhaust gas purification to further improve quality and a to create suitable device for this.
To solve this problem, the generic method proposed according to the invention that the exhaust gas purification a hot air existing gas / air mixture by means of electrical Energy by convection and radiation to a temperature of more heated to 600 ° C and then the degree of mixing of Gas / air mixture increased up to almost molecular distribution and energy contained in the cleaned hot air in the Hot air circuit is coupled.
The device for performing this method consists of a pipe system for the circulation of hot air, one in the Pipe system integrated retort for the passage of the metal wire, a cleaning device connected to the pipe system for the Hot air, a blower integrated in the pipe system Maintenance of the hot air circuit and openings in the Pipe system for the supply and delivery of fresh air exhaust gas cleaned hot air. Are in a new way Cleaning device electric heating elements and a downstream mixing device with a variety itself crossing fine flow channels arranged and a heat exchanger switched on in the pipe system.
In such a configuration of the exhaust gas cleaning measure, thermal energy is thus absorbed into the gas / air mixture to be cleaned by heat transfer from the hot surfaces of the electrical heating elements. This heat transfer stimulates the molecules of the organic compounds of the gas / air mixture, usually hydrocarbons, and the atmospheric oxygen to such an extent that oxidation reactions sometimes begin. Since these reactions are exothermic, the temperature in the gas / air mixture and in the oxidation or combustion products formed by the beginning of the oxidation process increases to over 600 ° C. In this state, the gas / air mixture then passes through a mixing device in which the degree of mixing of the gas / air mixture continues to increase up to the almost molecular distribution. Over the flow length of the mixing device provided for this purpose, the temperature then rises to 800 ° C. as a result of the thermal combustion of the gas / air mixture. In this way, the organic compounds contained in the gas / air mixture are almost completely burnt ver. Measurements have shown that the concentrations of several hundred to several thousand mg hydrocarbon per Nm 3 present in the mixture are reduced to values of 1 to 5 mg hydrocarbon per Nm 3 . The NO x concentrations can also be reduced far below the permitted limit.
To bring about the desired oxidation reactions, it is recommended to heat the gas / air mixture to use electrical heating elements on a Surface temperatures of 750 to 800 ° C can be heated.
As a mixing device for the gas / air mixture for example a bed of ceramic bodies with a Grain size less than or equal to 10 mm can be used. As special However, a facility that has proven to be advantageous an uncoated metal vault made of an alloy with a melting point above 1100 ° C. Be used For example, a metal bulge made of a nickel-chrome Tape. But there are also other alloys with the alloy elements nickel, chrome, iron and aluminum. The like alloys have good heat resistance, so that a Use in continuous operation at 800 ° C is easily possible.
The metal vault to be used according to the invention can be made from one Flat wire or a round wire fabric exist. Essential is an even distribution of the tissue across the cross cut the appropriate package so that when through an even pressure drop flows into the metal vault poses. This pressure drop is about 2 to 14 mm of water pillar.
Dem entspricht eine mittlere spezi fische Dichte des Metallgewölles von etwa 0,1 bis 0,5 mg pro mm3.For the design of the mixing device, it is also essential that the surface of the metal vault is as large as possible. For this purpose, it is recommended to use flat wires with cross-sectional dimensions, for example 1.45 × 0.135 mm or round wires in the diameter range 1.0 to 2.0 mm. The specific surface of the metal vault should be 0.7 mm 2 per mm 3 . This corresponds to an average specific density of the metal vault of about 0.1 to 0.5 mg per mm 3 .
As already mentioned, the temperature of the gas / air Ge increases mix when flowing through the mixing device about 800 ° C. The flow depth of the mixing device the flow velocity of the gas / air mixture be adapted to keep the combustion zone. With usual Flow rates from 3 to 11 m per minute it is recommended to determine the depth or length of the mixing direction to be measured with 0.2 to 0.6 m.
Another advantage of the new emission control measures is to be seen in the fact that when the gas / air mixture is heated to a temperature of more than 600 ° C the temperature of the Mixtures through indirect heating by means of electrical Heating elements not increasing suddenly but continuously. This leads to a better use of energy. Farther there is no formation of additional flame gases in the exhaust air current, as was the case with the usual heating with liquid or gaseous fuels. Also the Use of catalytically active elements.
An embodiment of the invention is in the figure shown. The figure shows the schematic structure of a Wire coating machine that works in recirculation mode.
To produce a magnet wire, the bare metal wire 1, for example made of copper or aluminum, is first provided with wet lacquer and then pulled through the furnace retort 2 . In the first half 3 of this furnace retort, the solvent mixture contained in the wet lacquer layer is evaporated at 450 to 570 ° C. Remaining solvents evaporate in the second half 4 of the furnace retort, in which the synthetic resin film remaining on the wire is burned in at higher temperatures than in the first half of the retort.
The solvent mixture that is released from the lacquer layer, evaporates and changes into the gaseous state at elevated temperatures, mixes with air that is sucked in or blown through the ends of the furnace retort and, if necessary, through further openings contained in the pipe system. This solvent-air mixture, hereinafter referred to as raw gas, is sucked out of the furnace retort by an exhauster 6 and pressed through tubes of a heat exchanger 7 . By means of the Exhauster, the solvent vapors are largely mixed with the fresh air drawn in or the oxygen contained therein.
After leaving the heat exchanger 7 , the raw gas flows through a heating chamber 8 which is equipped with electrical heating elements 18 . The surface temperature of these heating elements or the protective tubes encasing them is around 800 ° C. By transferring heat from the hot surfaces of the heating elements to the raw gas, the molecules of the organic compounds are stimulated to such an extent by absorption of thermal energy that partial oxidation reactions begin. As a result, the temperature of the raw gas and the pure gas that forms increases to over 600 ° C. In this state, the mixture passes through the mixing device 9 , which consists of a metal bulge based on a nickel-chromium band. Over the flow length of the mixing device, the temperature rises to about 800 ° C. through thermal combustion of the raw gas.
The clean gas formed by the thermal combustion of the solvent vapors is returned to the heat exchanger 7 via a pipe 10 , where it flushes around the pipes of the heat exchanger and releases part of its heat content for preheating the incoming raw gas. The clean gas is then fed back in the rear part of the second half of the retort 4 to the stoving process of the furnace retort by running enamelled wire 1 .
Incidentally, in the system described by means of a thermocouple 12 mounted in the return 11 through a flap 13 in the cooling air inlet connector 14, so much cooling air is added that the re-entering clean gas air stream receives the optimum baking temperature. By electrical coupling of the cooling air flap 13 with the exhaust valve 17 ent so much clean gas that no gas / air mixture escapes from the retort ends 5 and 15 to the workplace from the pipe system. Rather, the ends of the oven retort are kept under slight negative pressure. So that no vapors are dragged out by the running wire at the exit end 15 , an air cushion 16 is pressed on.
