Vorteilhafterweise läßt sich der Herstellungsvorgang zugleich mit einem Beschichtungsvorgang verbinden. Das geschieht in herkömmlichen Anlagen so, daß Vliese oder andere vorbereitete Schichten von der Rolle abgezogen und gleichzeitig mit im plastischen Zustand befind­ lichen Kunststoffbahnen zwischen die Kalanderwalzen geführt werden, welche die Abdichtungsbahn formen. Hierbei verbindet sich das Kunststoffmaterial mit dem Vlies. Äthylencopoly­ merisat-Bitumengemischen auswirkt. Bedingt durch die bei der Verarbeitungstemperatur von 140 bis 150 Grad Celsius sehr niedrige Schmelzviskosität ist es schwierig, das mittig eingefahrene Vlies auch wirklich im Bahnen­ zentrum zu fixieren. Je nach dem, ob die beidseitig des Vlieses entstehenden Materialwülste gleich oder etwa unterschiedlich dick sind, weicht das Vlies zur einen oder anderen Seite aus und liegt somit nicht mehr im Bahnenzentrum. D.h. nach der Erfindung wird die Herstellung an einem Kalanderwalzengerüst durchgeführt. Dazu eignet sich ein sogenanntes Triogerüst. Das Kalanderwalzenpaar 2 und 3 formt dann eine zweite Abdichtungsbahn bzw. zweite Schicht, die sich ebenso wie die erste Ab­ dichtungsbahn bzw. die erste Schicht mit dem Vlies 6 verbindet. Die aus dem Spalt zwischen den Kalander­ walzen 2 und 3 austretende Abdichtungsbahn ist mit 10 bezeichnet und besitzt ein genau mittig liegendes Vlies 6. Die Anordnung des Vlieses 6 läßt sich auch verschieben, indem die mit den Düsen 4 und 5 erzeugten Abdichtungsbahnen bzw. Herstellung von Kunststoffabdichtungsbahnen, insbesondere aus Äthylencopolymerisat-Bitumen­ gemisch, wobei der Kunststoff mit einem Vlies oder anderen Schichten versehen wird, in dem das Vlies bzw. die Schicht beidseitig dadurch mit Kunststoff beschichtet wird, daß das Vlies bzw. die Schicht zwischen Kalanderwalzen geführt und aus zwei Extrudern beidseitig mit Kunststoff beaufschlagt wird, von denen jeder auf einer anderen Vliesseite angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Extruder (4, 5) zwischen unterschiedliche Kalanderwalzenpaare (1, 2; 2, 3) eines Walzengerüstes arbeiten.1.
