Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schießpulver und Sprengstoffen. Es wurde gefunden, daß sich überaus wirksame Sprengstoffe dadurch herstellen lassen, daß man als wesentlichen Bestandteil Schwefelstickstoff verwendet, dem ein sauerstoffabgebender Stoff beigemischt ist. Man kann beispielsweise den bekannten Nitroverbindungen, wie Nitrozellulose, Nitrotoluol, Pikrinsäure, Dynamit usw. den Schwefelstickstoff beimischen, sei es in Pulverform oder kristallinisch. Ebenso lassen sich aber auch sehr wirksame Sprengstoffe dadurch erzielen, daß man Pulvermischungen wie Schwarzpulver, Chl'oratpulver, Ammonnitratpulver, Schwefelstickstoff beimengt, oder man kann den Schwefelstickstoff -durch Mischung mit Salpeter, Kohle, Schwefel, Ammonnitrat, Caliumchlorat usw. zu explosiven Stoffen verarbeiten. Die kräftige Wirkung der mit Schwefelstickstoff erhaltenen Sprengstoffe beruht darauf, daß eine plötzliche Stickstoffabspaltung stattfindet, die die Wirkung jedes Explosivstoffs erhöht.Process for the manufacture of gunpowder and explosives. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schießpulver und Sprengstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zu bekannten Sprengstoffen wie Nitrozellulose, Nitrotoluol und anderen Nitroverbindungen oder zu bekannten Pulvermischungen, wie Schwarzpulver, Chloratpulver, Ammonnitratpulver usw. oder zu sauerstoffabgebenden Körpern oder Mischungen von Salpeter, Chlorat u. dgl., mit z. B.
