The invention relates to a wear-resistant lining one of a
Cooling tube wall formed, highly heated boiler surface, in particular
an aggregate chute on a converter exhaust gas cooling chimney.
gen.
dern vielmehr Erz bzw.
As is generally known, aggregate chutes lead into the exhaust gas cooling chimney as the last piece of a sheet metal slide coming from the material bunkers. This last piece is due to the high converter exhaust gas temperature of the gas flowing through the cooling chimney from about 1700 ° C to over 2000 ° C by radiation from the cooling chimney and by converter ejection thermally high. Heat transmittances of approx. 200 to 460 kW / m 2 have been measured on the cooled chutes. The well-known Schur ren in tubular construction has been armored in the lower half of the slide by a build-up weld against wear. Of the added aggregates, primarily the amount of ore added is decisive for the wear. In the previous so-called scrap batches, the proportion of ore or sintered ore was approx. 1 to 1.5 t / batch. This resulted in a lifespan of the chutes of 20,000 to 30,000 batches. In recent times, however, so-called ore batches are preferred, in which less or no scrap is used, but rather ore or sintered ore in an amount of 10 to 20 t / batch, which are put into the converter by the chute. Surprisingly, the armor produced by cladding only holds 300 to 600 batches, after which it was worn out until the cooling water breakthrough. Welding round steel onto the apex surfaces of the chute sliding surfaces that fall victim most quickly does not lead to success.
bensdauer aufweist. The invention has for its object a wear-resistant
specify clothing of the type mentioned at the outset, even if
it is exposed to particularly abrasive forces, a high Le
has lifespan.
The solution according to the invention is that by cooling
Welded steel webs on the boiler surface
pockets are formed in which with the help of a refractory mortar bed
a ceramic plate is held.
verschleißfesten Platten in gekühlten Taschen.
The invention is based on the consideration that the ge
described the problem only by using several construction elements
can deal with different tasks. So get it at the
lining the ceramic plates according to the invention the high wear
strength, while the steel bars together with the refractory mortar
only serve to hold the ceramic plates; this subtask
fulfill the above-mentioned construction elements without further ado because
cooled by their direct contact with the cooling tube wall
are. In the case of an aggregate chute, the plate is placed over the mortar
cooled by the cooling tube wall so that temperatures of 1200
up to 1500 ° C. In other words, they are
wear-resistant plates in chilled bags. The advantage of the
lining according to the invention that damaged or burst Kera
Microplates do not fall out and can be replaced easily and quickly
can be.
zylinder- oder schalenförmig ausgebildet sind. Die Keramikplatten be
For the further embodiment there are several possibilities within the scope of the invention. According to a preferred embodiment, the steel webs are welded onto the cooling tube wall in a pattern corresponding to the shape of the ceramic plates. Preferably, the receptacles or ceramic plates are rectangular; but that does not exclude that the ceramic plates are adapted to the shape of the tube wall, for. B. are cylindrical or bowl-shaped. The ceramic plates are advantageously made of a refractory material based on Al 2 O 3 and / or SiC; Ceramic plates made of silicon carbide have proven particularly successful. In addition, the ceramic plates should be spaced apart from one another and from the associated steel webs in order to ensure the required expansion play. He also recommends the invention that the ceramic plates held in the receiving pockets protrude beyond the steel webs. In this respect, only the ceramic plates are initially subject to wear at the start of use.

In diesen Aufnah

In this Aufnah metaschen 4 , a ceramic plate 6 is held with the aid of a refractory mortar bed 5 . The steel webs 2, 3 are welded to the cooling tube wall 1 in a pattern corresponding to the shape of the rectangular ceramic plate 6 (cf. FIG. 1). The ceramic plates 6 consist of a refractory material based on SiC. In order to ensure the required expansion play, the ceramic plates 6 have a spacing from one another and from the associated steel webs 2, 3 . The ceramic held in the receiving pockets 4 plates 6 project beyond the steel bars 2, 3, as can be seen from Fig. 2.
