Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Scheren auf kaltem Wege, bei welchem fast jeder Abfall vermieden wird. Es wird dadurch gegenüber den bisher gebrauchte liehen Herstellungsverfahren an Arbeit und Werkstoff gespart. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß aus einem Metallstreifen ein Rohling mit langgestrecktem flach aneinanderliegenden Augenteil gestanzt, hierauf das Auge aufgeweitet und schließlich der Rohling nachgeprägt oder die Schneide in Querrichtung ausgewalzt wird. Auf der Zeichnung ist die neue Herstellungsweise der Scheren in zwei etwas voneinander abweichenden Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt. so Wie Abb. ι zeigt, wird aus einem schmalen Streifen α der Rohling b für die herzustellende Schere durch Stanzen gewonnen. Da das Auge e langgestreckt und flach aneinander liegt und da sich zur Ausnutzung des Werkstoffs die Enden der auszustanzenden Teile übergreifen, so entsteht ein nur sehr geringer Abfall. Das Auge c des Rohlings wird nunmehr gemäß Abb. 2 aufgeweitet und gerundet, worauf entweder der Rohling noch einmal vollständig nachgeprägt und hierbei die Schneide entsprechend flach gedrückt oder aber die Verjüngung der Schneide durch Auswalzen in Querrichtung erzielt wird. Durch das Nachprägen bzw. Querwalzen erhält der Scherenteil die in Abb. 3 und 4 dargestellte Fertigform, die fast gar keiner Nacharbeit mehr bedarf.The invention relates to a process for the production of scissors by cold means, in which almost all waste is avoided.
