Description
Zur Zeit ist ein aktives Spielen, z. B. in einem
Spielcasino, nur bei persönlicher Anwesenheit oder
gegebenenfalls durch das persönliche Erscheinen
eines Beauftragten möglich.
Der Patentanspruch dieser Erfindung ist dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß ein aktives Mitspielen für
Personen, auch Einzelpersonen, außerhalb des Spiel
ortes und -geschehens möglich gemacht wird.
Diese Personen sollten an dem Spielgeschehen nach
Ordererteilung an die Bank für den Einsatz ihrer
Geldbeträge oder Wetteingaben, sofort am TV-Fernspiel
mit Gewinn oder Verlust beteiligt sein.
Voraussetzung ist, daß technische Anlagen erstellt
und vorhanden sind, die es möglich machen, daß das
Spielcasino oder andere Spielinstitutionen, den
Spielablauf übermitteln.
Das heißt, es muß eine Sprech- und Sichtverbindung zwischen
den Spielstätten und Spielern hergestellt werden
(Kabelanschluß, TV, Computer und Telefon).
Zum Schutz der Spielbanken und anderen Spielinstitutionen
kann der Spieler erst nach Einzahlung oder Überweisung
eines bestimmten Geldbetrages auf ein von der Bank oder
Spielinstitution benannten Konto an dem TV-Fernspiel
teilnehmen. Der Spieler erhält ein Codewort oder Code
zahl bzw. eine Scheckkarte. Gewinne und Verluste werden
über das computergesteuerte Konto geleitet. Bei Konto
stand "0" erfolgt Blockierung.
Die Ordererteilung der Spieler zum Setzen auf Zahl oder
andere Chancen sollte über Computer, Croupiers oder
ähnlich prädestinierte Personen erfolgen. Gewinn und
Verluste werden manuell oder auch computergesteuert
sofort nach Spielablauf gespeichert bzw. registriert
und dem Spieler sichtbar übermittelt.
Um einem breiten Publikum die Mitspielmöglichkeit für
das TV-Fernspiel zu geben, können in öffentlichen
Fernsehveranstaltungen Roulette-Spielvorgänge mit Einsatz,
Gewinn und Verlust den Fernsehzuschauern übermittelt
werden.
Da eine längere Sendung dieser Spiele für viele
Zuschauer uninteressant ist kann diese Darbietung
mit Moderationen und Showeinlagen erweitert werden.
Die Mitspielmöglichkeit für Zuschauer außerhalb der
öffentlichen Sendungsübertragung erfolgt durch den
vorherigen Kauf einer Orderkarte.
Diese Karte, welche in Banken, Sparkassen oder ähn
lichen Institutionen erhältlich ist verzeichnet, an
welchen Tagen die Sendung stattfindet, wieviel
Roulett-Spielvorgänge vorgesehen sind und datiert
diese.
Den Mitspielenden bleibt es überlassen, welche Chancen
sie setzen. Nach Zahlung des Betrages für ihren Einsatz
sind sie am kommenden Spiel der Sendung mit Gewinn
oder Verlust beteiligt.
Die Orderkarten werden vor Beginn des Spieles in
einen Computer bzw. Rechenzentrum eingegeben,
gespeichert und nach Spielabschluß zur Verlust-
oder Gewinnberechnung ausgewertet.
Claims (1)
- Als patentfähig und unter Schutz gestellt werden sollen:
- 1. Technik zum Fernspielen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß damit eine Verbindung durch Kabelanschluß, TV, Computer, Telefon, Sprech- und Sichtverbindung zwischen dem Ort des Spielgeschehens und Personen außerhalb des Spielortes erstellt wird.
- 2. Technik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß mit dieser Technik Personen außer halb des Spielortes sofort aktiv durch Einsatz ihrer Geldbeträge bzw. Wetteingaben am Spiel teilnehmen können.
- 3. Technik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß der Bank des Spielgeschehens ein entsprechender Geldbetrag des Spielers zur Verfügung steht.
- 4. Technik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß der Spieler nach Eingang seines Geldbetrages bei der Spielbank, von dieser ein computergesteuertes Konte erhält. Dieses Konto registriert sofort Gewinn und Verlust. Bei Kontostand "0" blockiert der Computer weitere Spiel- oder Ordereingaben.
- 5. Technik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß mit dieser Technik alle Spiele jeder Art von außerhalb mitgespielt werden können.
- 6. Technik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß (auch) in öffentlichen Fernseh sendungen der Ablauf eines oder vieler Roulette- Spielvorgänge mit Show-Einlagen gesendet werden und die Zuschauer inner- und außerhalb der Veranstaltung durch den Kauf einer Orderkarte das sofortige aktive Mitspielrecht für alle Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Roulettespieles erhalten.
- 7. Technik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, daß die Orderkarte vor Spielbeginn in einen Computer bzw. in ein Rechenzentrum eingegeben, gespeichert und nach Spielabschluß zur Gewinn- bzw. Verlustrechnung ausgewertet werden.
