Das Glyzerinpech zeigt infolge seines Gehaltes an teerigen Stoffen an rund für sich schon ein ,gewisses Erweichu-ngs- und Lösevermögen für Anstriche, seines Gehaltes :an Glyzerin und Pelyglyzerinen wegen gute Benetzharkeit derselben. Die Emulgierfähigkeit des Glyzerinpeohes aber ermöglicht die Mischung mit in Wasser unlöslichen Zusätzen, wie z. B. Benzin, Tetrachlorhydrine u. digl. Sehr wirksam und billig .ist eine Mischung von:,Glyzerinpech mit Kalkhydrat, :der runter Umständen Natron- oder Kalilauge beigemischt werden kann.Process for the preparation of a paint and varnish remover.
