Verfahren zur Herstellung hochprozentiger, wasserfreier und haltbarer, nicht auswitternder, gepulverter oder geformter Seifen. Bei der Ausführung des durch Patent 396155 geschützten Verfahrens hat es sich gezeigt, daß man eine kalzinierte Soda, die durch längeres Lagernoder sonstige Umstände feucht geworden ist, ebenfalls noch in unter Berücksichtigung des Wassergehaltes berechneter äquivalenter Menge mit Fettsäuren in der Nähe von deren Schmelztemperatur homogen mischen und diese Mischung zur vollständigen Verseifung bringen kann. Die so erhaltenen Erzeugnisse sind neutral, völlig klar in Wasser löslich, lassen sich mahlen und formen, und daraus erhaltene Formlinge zeigen selbst nach jahrelangem Lagern keine Sodaauswitterungen. Der ProzeB verläuft selbst bei einem Wassergehalt der Soda bis zu 30 Prozent noch vollständig in der im Hauptpatent dargelegten Art und Weise.Process for the production of high percentage, anhydrous and durable, non-weathering, powdered or shaped soaps.
