In -dem Patent 33-2q.08 ist ein Resonanz-
boden aus Metall
,dessen Rand-
teile im Verhältnis zur Ausdehnung ödes ur-
sprünglichen Werkstoffs und damit auch im
Verhältnis zu den- innerhalb der Ränder
liegenden Teilen zusammengezogen oder ver-
kürzt @siddy so daß der <Boden eine gewisse
Schalewforul oder Bauchigkeit und gleich-
zeitig eine hehe Eigenspannung erlhält, was
seinerseits eine erhöhte Resonanefähigkeit
mit sich ;bringt. Gemäß einer Ausffüffir:ungs-
form des im ;genannten Patent ibesdhriabenen
Resonanzbodens wird derselbe. so ausgeführt,
daß in dem Baden ausgebildete Wellen -oder
Spannrippen von etwa U-förmigem Quer-
schnitt, :welche oberhalb der Vorderseite des
Boidens vorragen, :an .den Kanten :des Bodens
in der Richtung der Kante zusammengepreßt
oder zusammengedrückt .sind, so "@daß die
Randfeile hierdurch verkürzt werden.
Es hat seich nun hemu:sgestellt, d'aß man eine
erhöhte Tragkraft older @Spannlunig und da-
durch .
eine noch erihöhtene :Resanan&fähigkeit
und größere Empfindlichkeit meinem solchen
Resonanzboden dadurch :erzielen kann, d'aß
man ,an der -den Wellenoder .Spannrippen ent-
gegergleseüzten (Seite des Bodens Rippen oder
Träger, beispiel:sweis@e aus Holz, ;an dem Boiden
anbringt, Idee .zweckmäßig quer zu den, an der
anderen ;Seite des Badens vorhandenen Wellen
oder Spannrippen verlegt :werden. Essend
zwar Resonanzböden mit sich kreuzenden
Rippen ,bekannt. Bei :diesen .legen aber so-
wohl (die in der einen wie die in der anderen
Richtung verlaufenden Rippen auf !ein rund
derselben ;Seite des Bodens, so duß die (bei der
Erfindung !beabsichtigte Abstützung :nicht .er-
reicht ist. Deshalb sind erfinidungsgemäß die
zur Abstützung ,dienenden Träger ,auf (der ,ent
gegengesetzten Seite des Badens als die
herausgepreßten Rippen angeordnet.
,Eine Ausführungsform Ader Erfindung ist
auf der Zeichnung .damgestellt. Abb. i zeigt
,die Vorderseite ;des Resonanzbodens, Abb. 2
in größerem Maßstabie einen @Schnitt nach (der
Linie II-II der .Allab. i und, Abb. 3 -dbenfglls
in ,größerem Maßstabeeinen Schnitt nach der
Linie III-III der A:fb. i.
Wie im Hauptpatent beschrieben, ist der
Resonanzib.od'en aus einem zusammenhängen-
den Metallblech i hefegestellt, im. dem Wellen
oder (Spannrippen 2 von .etwa U-förmigem
Querschnitt vorgesehen eind. Blei :der Be-
festigung des Bleches an :dem auf der Zeich-
nung macht Idargestellten Festspannrahmen
wird jede solche U-förmige Welle oder (Spann-
rippe an den Kanten des Bleches zusammen-
gedrückt, so :daß ;die Tanten des Bodens zu-
samnnengezogen oder verkürzt werden; wo-
durch )die innerhalb (der Ränder 'liegenden
Teile eine gewisse :Schalenform oder Bauchig-
keit Lund gleichzeitig eine gewisse Eigenspan-
nung erhalten. Gemäß der (Erfindung :sind
nun an ;der ,den (genannten vorragenden Wellen
oder 'Spannzippen entgegengesetzten Seite des
Bleches :oder kesonanzbadens Rippen oder
Träger 3 angebracht, :welche beispielsweise
aus Holz ,ausgeführt sein können. Diese Trä-
ger, werden an :dien Blech in geeigneter Weise
befestigt, und zwar beispielsweise, -.wie in
Abb. 2 und 3 dargestellt, mittels durch das
Bilech hindlurchgehender und @in .die !Rippen 3
eingeschraubter Schrauben q. an ,beiden ,Seiten
der Wellen 2, d. Ih. an den Kreuzungspunkten
zwischen den Welpen 2 tunid,den Rippen 3. Die
Rippen 3 können außerdem zweckmäßig mit-
tels eines geeigneten. Eindemittels, iKitt,o. :%g1.,
an Odem, Bleche befestigt werden.
Durch ;die Rippen oder Träger 3 werden
die :zwischen d:en Wellen ,2 liegenden, in ider
Hauptsache ebenen Teedle des Bleches oder
Resonanzbadens in ihren richtigen Lagen in
der Verlängerung voneinandergehalten, so
daß -die Träger 3 ;das Bestraben (der genannten
" Teeile, sieh infolge der ,Spannung im Blech
mehr oder weniger zueirIander :in der zum
Boden senkrechten Richtung zu verschieben,
aufheben. Die Wellen 2 und die Träger 3
bilden somit zusamanen sozusagen ein Gitter-
werk für die hauptsächlich ebenen Teile des
Bleches und dadurch eine Führung für diese.
Gleichzeitig erhält der Boden eine erhöhte
Tragfähigkeit .und, Spannung. Durch das
Gitterwerk wird der Boden in. eine große An-
zahl von Feldern oder Vierecken ;geteiilt. jedes
Viereck ;bildet eine Membran, welche (freier
schwingt als (die umgebenden Rippen ',und Trä-
ger,und somit freier ,als der Borden lim ganzen.
Es hat sich herausgesbellt"daß auf diese Weise
ausgafühzte
empfindlicher
werden .und daher eine ;größere Anzahl von
Obertönen alls ldiebisher bekannten Böden
verstärken körnen. "
