Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine abschließbare Rohrverbindung, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß zwei gegeneinander verdrehbare Verbindungsstücke nach der Seite ausweichende Bohrungen haben, die sich gegenseitig abdecken können. Bei Wasserleitungen und Rohrleitungen aller Art ist es ein großer Übelstand, daß bei Ausbesserungen an den Hähnen oder bei deren Auswechslung in der Regel der Haupthahn geschlossen werden muß. Demgegenüber ist der Zweck der Erfindung, die Haupthähne überflüssig zu machen, indem in jede Wohnung vor dem Hahn eine abschließbare Rohrverbindung nach der Erfindung eingebaut wird. Diese kann auch überall da vorgesehen werden, wo mit der Möglichkeit gerechnet werden muß, die anschließende Leitung abzustellen.

In das Wasserleitungsrohr wird das Anschlußstück α eingeschraubt, während1 an die Fortsetzung der Rohrleitung das zweite Anschlußstück b angeschlossen wird. Beide Teile sind durch die Überwurfmutter c verbunden, die mit ihrem Gewinde auf die Teile α und b aufgeschraubt ist und den Teil b gegen den Teil α drückt. Die Bohrungen d, e durch die beiden Anschlußstücke α und b sind nicht gerade, sondern weichen nach der Seite über den Mittelpunkt hinaus ab, wie aus Abb. 1 ersichtlich ist. Da der Teil b gegenüber dem Teil α verdreht werden kann, läßt sich ein Verschluß dadurch erzielen, daß man den Teil b um i8o° verdreht, wodurch er in die in Abb. 2 gezeichnete Stellung gelangt. Es ist dann die Rohrleitung vollkommen abgeschlossen und hält leicht dicht, da durch die Überwurfmutter c der Teil b ganz fest gegen den Teil α gepreßt werden kann.In the water pipe, the connecting piece is screwed α, while 1 of the continuation of the pipe, the second fitting is attached b.
