Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Tür- oder Torblatts nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Hälfte (1) einer zweiteiligen Hohlform mit Glasfasermatten (8) ausgelegt wird, daß sodann der Schaumstoffkern (6) auf diese Glasfasermatten (8) aufgelegt und in die Form (1) eingedrückt wird, wobei sich die Ränder der Glasfasermatten (8) seitlich hochstellen, daß sodann der Schaumstoffkern (6) mit weiteren Glasfasermatten (9) abgedeckt und die obere Hälfte (2) der Form aufgesetzt wird, welche gegenüber der unteren Hälfte (1) abgedichtet ist und mit dieser einen ringsumlaufenden, durch eine oder mehrere schlitzförmige Verbindungsöffnungen mit dem Forminnenraum verbundenen Füllkanal (3) bildet, daß sodann die Form evakuiert und der flüssige Kunststoff in den Füllkanal (3) injiziert wird, bis blasenfreier Kunststoff an einer im mittleren Bereich einer Formhälfte (2) gelegenen Öffnung (5) austritt, in deren Nähe wenigstens ein Querkanal (7) den Schaumstoffkern (6) durchsetzt, und daß man sodann den Kunststoff aushärten läßt, die Form öffnet und den flanschartig ansitzenden Füllkanal (3) sowie den an der Ansaugöffnung (5) gebildeten Stiel entfernt.3.
