Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hollow stone for Planting purposes.
Containers for holding plants in the form of Buckets, bowls etc. are known. These containers have a floor and are used to green lawns places, etc. on the sidewalks, in Pedestrian zones and Like. Serving places provided.
So-called embankment stones are also known have no floor and no back wall and for manufacture of embankments. The stones are included Soil filled and planted.
The invention has for its object a hollow to create stone with the most suitable Wei se walls, house facades u. Like. Can be greened.
This object is achieved by a hollow stone solved for planting purposes, which is characterized in that he has an approximately semicircular front wall and has an adjoining flat rear wall, which is at least partially on the back of the Steines extends and this at least partially closes, being between the front wall and rear wall formed corners are each provided with a haunch.
The hollow stone (plant stone) if, for example, a wall or a House facade to be landscaped with its back placed against the wall. For this purpose the facades greening the stone has a closed back wall, so that after filling in the stone Do not come into contact with the facade and this, for example by exposure to moisture kung, can damage. Through the flat back wall the stone looks very close to the wall or facade arrange, while on the other hand the roughly semicircular formed a sufficient volume for the front wall ensures and at the same time an aesthetic appearance picture guaranteed. By in the corners of the stone provided between the front wall and the rear wall Vouten becomes a stiffening of the stone enough, on the other hand, the possibility of setting up of climbing or trellises for those in the hollow stone arranged plants created.
A variant of the hollow designed according to the invention stone is characterized by the fact that the back did not cover the entire back surface of the stone stretches, but only consists of two sections, that start from the respective corners and join the Mit extend towards the back. This embodiment the hollow stone is thus open at the back. they has the advantage that this together with a further appropriately trained hollow stone by Zu assemble both stones or in combination with suitable Neten intermediate pieces such as circular or oval shape let it be made that has a larger volume for loading have plants. These structures are preferably not intended for greening facades or walls, son who can be used as a free-standing planting stone the. Naturally, this can also be done with a single hollow stone with the rear wall closed, although this Embodiment of the hollow stone primarily in connection with Walls, facades u. Like. Is used.
Naturgemäß lassen sich auch diverse Hohlsteine mit ge schlossener Rückwand zu größeren Pflanzgebilden zusammen stellen, beispielsweise kann aus vier zusammengestellten Hohlsteinen ein Gebilde erstellt werden, das etwa einem Quadrat entspricht, dessen vier Seiten jeweils mit einem Halbkreis versehen sind (Kleeblattform).Naturally, various hollow stones can also be used with ge closed rear wall to form larger plant structures can, for example, be composed of four Hollow stones can be created a structure that is about one Square, whose four sides each have a Are provided with a semicircle (cloverleaf shape).
The hollow stone designed according to the invention has in Normally no bottom wall, so that the roots of the plants contained in the stone to the ground can stretch. The stone is therefore preferably in the pavement or pavement of sidewalks or Pedestrian zones integrated, the stone for example is surrounded with small plasters until the rectangle form is reached again. With a special execution shape of the hollow stone designed according to the invention however, such a paving can be dispensed with. The This is because Hohlstein has a front wall that at the bottom towards the outside in a rectangular Bo passes over the wall. This embodiment of the stone can therefore, for example, as part of the plating of Geh because of, pedestrian zones etc. directly in the slab be included without the semicircle shaped front wall surrounding area be must be paved.
The hollow stone according to the invention is relatively high forms, preferably its height is 300 mm and represents about. A special embodiment is 330 mm high. This ensures a safe protection of the hollow stone taken plants reached. The back wall holds the Moisture in the soil from the masonry. The height Front wall protects the plants from dog urine and ver visible damage from passers-by or spit lending children. Because the hollow stone open at the bottom the plant itself can be in the inner city area form firm roots in the ground and thus grow strong develop.
In the embodiment of the hollow stone in which there is no closed rear wall and two Cut back sections from the corners inwards ken, the haunches run approximately to the ends of these Rear wall sections, so that there is sufficient Ver stiffening of these sections and thus the entire corner realms of hollow stone results. In order to do this Form a connection of intermediate pieces to enable Lichen, the hollow stone is conveniently on his Rear wall in the area of its ends with one behind provided in the rear open vertical recess in the a projecting section of another wall part (Intermediate piece) of the stone in extension of the front wall can be used. As already mentioned, hereby form oval or elongated hollow stones, depending on the number of spacers between two Hollow stones can be arranged. To at such an out leadership between the intermediate piece and the To seal hollow stone formed is in the forehead side of the recess another recess for receiving me arranged a seal. The intermediate piece and the Hollow stone can therefore easily face each other be made to a moisture-proof Ab to reach the end. Special manipulations are not mandatory.
As already mentioned, the intended haunches also have the task of a support surface for a trellis, a Climbing aid u. Like. Form. With a special Embodiment are the two haunches for this purpose Provide a recess on the top that serves to hold a staff of a trellis. The Hohlstein is provided with a trellis, which is also semicircular and one Has a plurality of longitudinal rods, the lower ends are supported on the top of the front wall, whereby the ends of the two end bars in front on the haunches seen wells are included. This will in the hollow stone designed according to the invention a relatively secure anchoring of the Trellis reached. With a special execution The longitudinal bars of the trellis form the shape of the trellis ben in the lower part of the same obliquely outwards and ge hen in vertically extending end portions. This embodiment has the advantage that between the Edge structure and the front wall of the hollow stone on off sufficient space for planting is available, d. H. the planting does not extend beyond the front wall goes.
The top outer edges of the front and back walls of the hollow stones are conveniently chamfered to the danger to minimize injury.
Finds as material for the production of the hollow stone Concrete, especially heavy concrete B 35. This Material can be washed, for example, by Sandblasting or special colors vary accordingly.
In a special embodiment, the hollow stone inside with a recess or pocket for Provide intake of fertilizer or the like.
The hollow stone expediently has a forward protruding ledge, located at the bottom of the front the wall extends along the same. Through this ledge the front wall of the stone is loosened on the one hand, on the other hand, its stand space expanded.

Fig. 6 three hollow blocks of Fig. 1, which are assembled into an overall structure.
The hollow stone 1 represented in FIG. 1 has an approximately semicircular formed front wall 2 and an adjoining it flat solid rear wall 3. In the embodiment shown, the front wall 2 does not exactly correspond to the shape of a semicircle, but only a part of it, which, however, approximately forms a semicircle. The flat rear wall 3 extends over the entire width of the stone, so that the stone has a closed peripheral wall. There is no bottom wall so that the roots of the plant can penetrate into the soil.
As shown in Fig. 1, the front wall 2 is hen at its lower edge with an outwardly projecting ledge, which is formed by a bevelled and a straight wall region. At the top, the front derwand 2 and the rear wall 3 are chamfered, as shown at 14 ge.
To reinforce the hollow stone, it has coves 5 in its two corners. These haunches fill out the respective corner areas and have on their Obersei te an upwardly projecting wall area 6 and a recess 7 arranged behind it, which serves to accommodate a trellis for the plant arranged in the hollow stone.
Fig. 2 shows a further embodiment of a hollow stone. All parts of this embodiment, which correspond to that of FIG. 1, have not been separately provided with reference numerals, and an explanation of these parts is omitted. In contrast to the embodiment of FIG. 1, that of FIG. 1 has an approximately rectangular bottom wall 8 on the outside, which, however, does not extend over the interior of the hollow stone, so that the roots of the plant can penetrate into the soil here as well. The front wall of the hollow brick thus merges with the bottom wall 8 here, the ledge in the embodiment of FIG. 1 only being hinted at and designed as an inclined wall part which forms the transition to the bottom wall 8 . Since the hollow stones in question here are used in particular for greening in inner city areas, this embodiment has the advantage that it can be integrated directly into a pedestrian area covered with panels, without having to pave the area between the front wall and the end of the panel, as this wherein the exporting of FIG approximate shape. 1 is the case where no circular plates be used.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, another embodiment is shown of a hollow stone, which with no pres fenden rear wall is provided, but instead two of the corners inwardly projecting rear wall portions 9 has. The haunches 5 provided extend approximately to the free end of this rear wall section 9 . This will strengthen the corner areas he aims. This embodiment is particularly suitable for larger structures due to its open rear wall, which can be composed of several hollow blocks and associated intermediate pieces. Such intermediate pieces are shown at 13 in FIGS. 3 and 4. They have the same height and shape as the front wall of the respective Hohlstei nes and are seen with a protruding section ver, which can be inserted into a corresponding recess 10 on the back of the rear wall section 9 . In order to seal the joint between the hollow brick 1 and the intermediate piece 13, mung in a further smaller Ausneh 11, which adjoins the recess 10, arranged a suitable bead seal 12th By pressing contact between the intermediate piece 13 and the hollow block 1 , the bead seal 12 is squeezed together, so that a tight connection is achieved.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of a hollow stone, which is provided with a trellis 15 , but otherwise corresponds to the embodiment of FIG. 1. The trellis 15 consists of hot-dip galvanized steel rods and can also be color-coated. It has eight longitudinal bars 18 , which are held over two transverse bars 17 . In the lower region, as shown at 16 , the longitudinal bars 18 are bent obliquely outwards and end in vertically extending end sections. These end sections are supported on the top of the front wall of the hollow brick. The end portions of the two outer longitudinal rods 19 are inserted into the recesses 7 on the top of the vousen 5 , so that a secure mounting of the trellis on the hollow brick can thereby be achieved. As can be seen in FIG. 5, for this purpose the lower end sections of the two end rods 19 are bent less than the other end sections.
Fig. 6 shows a set of three hollow blocks 1 together larger structure with which, for example, wide wall surfaces can be greened.
Finally, it should be noted that the execution shape of the hollow stone with open back, at which just two short back wall sections from the corners stretch, especially suitable for such applications is net, where protruding elements of walls, Facades and Like., For example pillars, etc., be should be greened. Here, due to the open Back of the corresponding pillar projection in the Protrude hollow stone. They are also use cases possible, in which pillars, columns etc. entirely from egg be surrounded by a hollow stone, for example several hollow stones put together to form a structure that surrounds the pillar or pillar.
