Gewickelter Papiersack.
Wrapped paper sack. In the method, bags made of paper o.
To wrap in hose form, it has been suggested that the hoses be narrowable
Form winding gauges. However, it has been found that a narrowability of the
Gauge cross-section is unnecessary if you use the profile of the winding gauge instead
tapering towards one end, so that the flattened tube is trapezoidal
owns. Such a slightly frustoconical roller can be used with the appropriate one
Wind evenly tension, and it still succeeds in the finished hose from
pulling the narrower end down quickly without encountering drag resistance,
which can threaten the winding structure. The same is true of other diaper gauges
Cross-sections, if they are tapered, 1-n especially from a changing board,
which has a small thickness and a trapezoidal base. The rejuvenation
only needs to be very small.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Abb.
The subject of the invention is illustrated in the drawing. Fig. I shows the trapezoidal winding board, which is provided with a recess at its narrower end; Fig. 2 shows the process during winding, Fig. 3 after completion of the winding. The pitch of the screw is exaggerated for the sake of clarity.
Appropriately, the board-shaped winding gauge (Fig. I) is attached to the narrower one
End of a cutout over which the hose walls are hollow. With this one
The hose can be gripped and pulled off easily and safely. Also on
Less flat winding gauges up to the truncated cone are such cutouts
expedient.
An important advantage arises from the trapezoidal shape of the flattened hose; The paper tape is wound up a little crookedly, and at the mouth of the bag at the narrower end of the trapezoid (especially if the trapezoid has only one single inclined side) the two innermost opposite bag wall edges (paper edges) protrude entirely parallel and congruent, while the Step back on the outer edges of the paper. The worker who fill the bag and should this spread open before him on the mouth, so it can not easily lack access' in the search for the right winds pair. In addition, the length of the tube is a little larger than the width of the paper tape with a straight winding. However, this means that the two hose ends do not have the full wall thickness (number of walls), but that doesn’t hurt, because on the finished sack these points are not stressed by the pressure of the filling material in such a way that their smaller wall thickness or number of walls would be harmful.
