Das in den Fig. 1 und 2 ausschnittsweise gezeigte Kraftfahrzeug weist im vorderen Bereich zwischen Kotflügel 5, Motorhaube 6, Abdeckstreifen 8 und Randeinfassung 7 für eine Lufteintrittsöffnung einen Karosserieausschnitt 9 auf, der der mit dem Scheinwerfergehäuse 1 integrierten Streuscheibe 2 des Scheinwerfers konturgleich entspricht. Die Streuscheibe ist unter Zwischenschaltung einer Dichtung 3 mittels mehrerer Krallen 4 am Scheinwerfergehäuse auswechselbar befestigt (vgl. Fig. 3). Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Scheinwerfergehäuse mittels dreier Befestigungspunkte an Karosserieteilen befestigt; und zwar ist unterseitig ein Befestigungspunkt 26 vorgesehen, und oberseitig sind zwei Befestigungspunkte an der Traverse 14 oberhalb des Scheinwerfergehäuses vorgesehen. Durch aufsteckbare distanzbestimmende Einsteckteile kann das Scheinwerfergehäuse so innerhalb des Karosserieausschnittes 9 vorübergehend gehaltert werden, daß der gesamte Rand der Streuscheibe äquidistant und oberflächenbündig zum Rand des Karosserieausschnittes bzw. zur Oberfläche der Karosserie liegt. In diesem manuell oder durch Roboter vorübergehend und provisorisch gehaltenen Zustand kann der untere Befestigungspunkt 26 fest verschraubt werden, wobei hier ein Anschraubwinkel mit wenigstens zwei über Eck liegenden Verschraubungen vorgesehen ist, der einen Ausgleich in drei Raumrichtungen zuläßt. Dieser untere Befestigungspunkt 26 kann also ohne Probieren und Justieren bei einer entsprechenden Halterung des Scheinwerfergehäuses mittels Distanzstücken im Karosserieausschnitt ohne weiteres geschlossen, d. h. fest angezogen werden.The motor vehicle shown in detail in FIGS . 1 and 2 has a body cutout 9 in the front area between the fender 5 , bonnet 6 , cover strip 8 and rim 7 for an air inlet opening, which corresponds to the lens 2 of the headlight integrated with the headlight housing 1 having the same shape. Der Aufbau der oberen Befestigungspunkte und die Vorgehensweise bei deren Festziehen sind in den Fig. 3 bis 6 dargestellt. Im Bereich der Befestigungspunkte ist jeweils ein Gewindestehbolzen 10 angebracht. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist an der entsprechenden Stelle des Scheinwerfergehäuses 1 eine Mutterntasche 11 vorgesehen, über deren Rand eine Clipsmutter 12 geclipst wird. In diese kann das unterseitige, unterhalb eines Bundes 13 liegende Gewinde des Gewindestehbolzens eingeschraubt werden, der dann mit seinem oberen, ein metrisches Gewinde tragenden Teil vom Scheinwerfergehäuse 1 feststehend abragt. Auf dem Gewindestehbolzen 10 ist eine Einstellmutter 16 aufgeschraubt, die auf ihrer oberen Anlageseite flanschartig erweitert ist - Anlageflansch 17. Der Durchmesser D dieses Anlageflansches beträgt etwa das drei bis vierfache des Gewindedurchmessers g des Gewindestehbolzens 10. In der Traverse 14 ist ein Schraubendurchgangsloch 18 angebracht, dessen Durchmesser d ebenfalls wesentlich größer als der Gewindedurchmesser g des Gewindestehbolzens ist. Dieses übergroße Schraubendurchgangsloch 18 ermöglicht nicht nur eine behinderungsfreie Einstellung des Scheinwerfergehäuses in Fahrzeuglängs- und in Fahrzeugquerrichtung, sondern erlaubt darüber hinaus eine Verdrehung der Einstellmutter 16 durch das Schraubendurchgangsloch hindurch, wie weiter unten noch näher dargestellt ist. Auf der Oberseite der Einstellmutter 16 sind Drehmitnahmen 19 nach Art eines annähernd pyramidenförmigen Kreuzschlitzes angebracht. Zum Verdrehen der Einstellmutter 16 wird ein spezieller Mutterndreher 24 nach Art eines Kreuzschlitz-Schraubenziehers verwendet. Dieser ist im vorderen Bereich entsprechend der Größe des Gewindestehbolzens 10 hohlgebohrt und kann über den Gewindestehbolzen 10 drübergestülpt werden, so daß die Mitnahmeklauen 25 die Drehmitnahmen 19 durch das Schraubendurchgangsloch 18 hindurch erreichen können. Mit Hilfe eines solchen Mutterndrehers 24 wird nun individuell die Einstellmutter 16 bis zur Anlage des Flansches 17 an der Traversenunterseite 27 hochgedreht. Auf der Oberseite des Anlageflansches 17 ist beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel eine radial verlaufende Sperrnut 20 angebracht, die entlang einer Durchmesserlinie verläuft und die im Verlauf zweier diametral gegenüberliegender Drehmitnahmen 19 liegt. Darüber hinaus sind im Randbereich des Schraubendurchgangsloches 18 der Traverse ebenfalls zwei Sperrzungen 21 angebracht, die sich in Umfangsrichtung entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn erstrecken und leicht nach unten abgebogen sind. Beim Annähern der Einstellmutter an die Traversenunterseite 27 rasten die Sperrzungen 21 zunächst leicht in die Sperrnuten 20 der Einstellmutter ein; nach einem ersten Anschnäbeln läßt sich die Einstellmutter nur noch um eine halbe Umdrehung nach oben weiterdrehen; die Sperrzungen 21 und die Sperrnuten 20 rasten dann voll ein und verhindern bei mäßigem Kraftaufwand am Mutterndreher 24 ein Weiterdrehen der Einstellmutter 16. Aufgrund der Hauptsperrichtung der Sperrzungen 21 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn verhindern die Sperrzungen jedoch vor allen Dingen ein Zurückdrehen der Einstellmutter nach unten, was vor allen Dingen für das Kontern wichtig ist. Nachdem in der beschriebenen Weise die Einstellmutter bis an die Traversenunterseite 27 hochgedreht worden ist, können auf die Traversenoberseite 28 die Beilagscheibe 23 aufgelegt und die Kontermutter 22 aufgedreht und festgezogen werden; der oberseitige Verschraubungspunkt ist damit festgezogen. Eine konturgetreue Befestigung des Scheinwerfergehäuses ist ohne viel Probieren und ohne individuelles Einlegen einer mehr oder weniger großen Anzahl von Distanzscheiben hergestellt.The structure of the upper fastening points and the procedure for tightening them are shown in FIGS. 3 to 6.
