Diese Ausneh mungen 18 sind kürzer als die Breite der Rahmenschenkel 17 und enden vor dem jeweiligen innenseitigen Rand 19 des Rah menschenkels 18, welcher Rand 19 in Gebrauchsstellung an der Vorderseite der Abdeckung 3 anliegt. Somit nimmt die Ausneh mung 18 den Hakenteil 5 der Klemmspange 4 praktisch voll ständig in sich auf, ohne durch diesen gegenüber der Vorder seite der Abdeckung 3 überstehenden Hakenteil 5 in irgend einer Weise verformt werden zu können oder zu müssen. Dabei hat diese Ausnehmung 18 in Längsrichtung des Rahmenschenkels zweckmäßigerweise eine größere Ausdehnung als der Haken 5 der Klemmspange 4, so daß die Ausnehmung 18 diesen Haken 5 in jedem Falle in sich aufnimmt, selbst wenn die Klemmspange 4 bei der Montage verschoben wird oder wenn Klemmspangen 4 unterschiedlicher Abmessungen Verwendung finden.
