Scharnierband für Möbel Es sind Scharnierbänder für Türen von Möbeln bekannt, die zwar unsichtbar befestigt sind, wobei aber die Aussenfläche des Türflügels mit der Aussen fläche des Türrahmens nicht bündig ist. Andere bekannte verdeckte Scharnierbänder, welche eine un unterbrochene ebene Fläche zwischen der Türe und dem umgebenden Türrahmen gewährleisten, weisen aber einen komplizierten, mit hohen Herstellungs kosten verbundenen Aufbau auf.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnierband für Mö bel mit zwei vier Drehpunkte aufweisenden, gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Scharnierteilen, das sich von den bekannten Ausführungsformen zwecks Ver meidung deren Nachteile dadurch unterscheidet, dass als Verbindungsmittel für die beiden Scharnierband- teile ein bogenförmiges und ein S-förmiges Organ mit je einer Öse an jedem Ende vorgesehen sind, welche Ösen auf an den Scharnierbandteilen ange ordneten Stiften drehbar sitzen,
wobei die Scharnier bandteile in bezug auf die Sichtfläche des Möbels unsichtbar befestigt sind und die Sichtfläche eine ununterbrochene ebene Fläche bildet.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 das Scharnierband im Aufriss in der Stel lung der Teile bei geschlossenem Türflügel, Fig.2 eine Draufsicht auf das Schamierband nach Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht des Scharnierbandes in der Stellung der Teile bei geschlossenem Türflügel, Fig.4 eine Draufsicht auf das Scharnierband nach Fig. 3,
Fig. 5 das Scharnierband im Aufriss bei offenem Türflügel, Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie VI-VI in Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstab und Fig. 7 einen analogen Schnitt wie Fig. 6, jedoch bei offenem Türflügel.
Mit 1 ist der Teil des Schamierbandes bezeichnet, der die Form einer rechteckförmigen Schlaufe be sitzt und in eine passende Vertiefung auf der Innen seite eines Türflügels eines Möbels einzusetzen ist. Die eine !Schmalseite dieses Scharnierbandtels 1 weist einen im rechten Winkel nach aussen abgebogenen Lappen 1' mit zwei Bohrungen 1" zum Durchstecken von Befestigungsschrauben zum Zwecke der Befe stigung des Scharnierbandteils an der Innenseite des Türflügels auf.
Der zweite, in eine Vertiefung des Türrahmens einzusetzende und zu befestigende Teil 2 des Schar nierbandes ist U-förmig ausgebildet, dessen beide Flansche je einen rechtwinklig nach aussen abge bogenen Lappen 2' mit einer Bohrung 2" zum Durch stecken einer Befestigungsschraube besitzen.
Vorhanden ist ferner ein bogenförmiges Ver bindungsstück 3 zur Verbindung der beiden Schar nierbandteile 1 und 2. Die beiden Enden dieses Verbindungsstückes sind zur Bildung je einer Öse nach einwärts umgebogen. Durch die eine Öse ist ein am Scharnierbandteil 2 angeordneter Stift 5, durch die andere Öse ein am Scharnierbandteil 1 angebrachter Stift 6 gesteckt.
Als weiteres Ver bindungsorgan zwischen den beiden Scharnierband- teilen 1 und 2 ist noch ein S-förmiges Verbindungs stück 4 vorgesehen, das an jedem Ende zu einer Öse umgeformt und mittels eines Stiftes 7 bzw. 8 an den Scharnierbandteilen drehbar befestigt ist. Die Stifte 5 und 7 bzw. 6 und 8 sitzen mit ihren Enden in Bohrungen des Teils 2 bzw. des Teils 1.
In Fig. 6 und 7 sind mit 9 die Seitenwand des Möbels, mit 10 der Türrahmen, mit 11 eine mit dem Türrahmen verbundene, zur Aufnahme des Scharnierbandteils 2 bestimmte Leiste, mit 12 der Türflügel und mit 13 eine Abdeckleiste bezeichnet, welch letztere sich über die ganze Länge der Kante des Türflügels erstreckt.
In Fig. 6 ist ausserdem mit strichpunktierten Li nien angedeutet, wie sich der Türflügel aus der Schliessstellung in die Öffnungsstellung bewegen lässt.
Das Scharnierband ist aus wenigen Teilen zu sammengestellt und daher billig herzustellen. Es be nötigt zur Anordnung an einem Möbel nur vier Schrauben. Seine Ausbildung ist derart, dass Türe und Türrahmen bei geschlossener Türe eine praktisch ununterbrochene ebene Sichtfläche bilden, wobei das Scharnierband vollständig unsichtbar bleibt.

The second, to be inserted into a recess of the door frame and to be fastened part 2 of the hinge nierbandes is U-shaped, the two flanges of which each have a perpendicular bent outward flap 2 'with a hole 2 "for inserting a fastening screw.
There is also an arcuate connecting piece 3 for connecting the two hinge parts 1 and 2. The two ends of this connecting piece are bent inwards to form an eyelet. A pin 5 arranged on the hinge part 2 is inserted through one eye, and a pin 6 arranged on the hinge part 1 is inserted through the other eye.
As a further connecting organ between the two hinge parts 1 and 2, an S-shaped connection piece 4 is provided, which is formed into an eyelet at each end and rotatably attached to the hinge parts by means of a pin 7 or 8. The ends of pins 5 and 7 or 6 and 8 are seated in bores in part 2 and part 1, respectively.
In Fig. 6 and 7 with 9 the side wall of the furniture, with 10 the door frame, with 11 a connected to the door frame, for receiving the hinge part 2 designated strip, with 12 the door leaf and 13 denotes a cover strip, which the latter extends over extends the entire length of the edge of the door leaf.
In Fig. 6 it is also indicated with dash-dotted lines how the door leaf can be moved from the closed position into the open position.
The hinge is composed of a few parts and therefore cheap to manufacture. It only needs four screws to be arranged on a piece of furniture. Its design is such that when the door is closed, the door and the door frame form a practically uninterrupted, flat visible surface, the hinge remaining completely invisible.
