In dem die Vorderseite des Randes 8 übergreifenden Schenkel 17 des Rahmens 6 sind zur Aufnahme des jeweiligen Hakenteiles 5 der Klemmspange 4 Ausnehmungen 18 vorgesehen. Diese Ausneh mungen 18 sind kürzer als die Breite der Rahmenschenkel 17 und enden vor dem jeweiligen innenseitigen Rand 19 des Rah menschenkels 18, welcher Rand 19 in Gebrauchsstellung an der Vorderseite der Abdeckung 3 anliegt. Somit nimmt die Ausneh mung 18 den Hakenteil 5 der Klemmspange 4 praktisch voll ständig in sich auf, ohne durch diesen gegenüber der Vorder seite der Abdeckung 3 überstehenden Hakenteil 5 in irgend einer Weise verformt werden zu können oder zu müssen.
