Angular ampoule with an injection tube. The invention
refers to an angular ampoule for intravenous, subcutaneous and similar
Injections as well as for irrigation and injections of the uterus. There are
Syringes become known (z. B. mother pipe syringes), with which to the handling
to make it easier to use an angled shape. Hypodermic syringes are also used
known with the angular shape of the injection syringe
and one accordingly
angled bent needle. In the present invention, too, the per se known
Angled shape of the ampoule, be it for injection or for irrigation, for use
reach. The novelty is that the ampoule is formed and obtuse angled
that one leg is considerably narrower than the other. The narrowed thigh
is to be applied to the human body or introduced into it and goes
at an obtuse angle into a widened tube serving as a liquid reservoir.
The significance of this new ampoule shape, which combines the features mentioned, results
from the following consideration: It is well known that intravenous injections are required
proceed in such a way that the vein pierces the length of the vein with the syringe as much as possible
will. The angled ampoules of the older type could only be opened at an angle
of about 35 ° to 40 ° on the human body, and it passed here
always the risk of hit both walls of the artery. This is going through
the new ampoule shape, which allows it to be placed at an angle of around 10 °,
avoided. The obtuse-angled shape of the ampoule also helps with irrigation
It is more convenient to parallel the narrower leg of the ampoule, which is led into the vagina
to guide the walls of the vagina.
Since in the present case not only the actual extended
Part of the ampoule, but also that organically connected to it, obtuse-angled
connected constricted tube completely filled with the drug at rest
is, there is another extremely important advantage that when making
No air particles whatsoever are dragged into the body by injections.

Abb. 2a eine Pravaznadel üblicher Art.Here: Fig. I shows an ampoule according to the invention, Fig. Ia den
associated stamp, Figure 2 the individual part of a modified embodiment,
Fig. 2a a common type of Pravaz needle.
The ampoule according to Fig. I consists of the expanded part i and the
connected at an obtuse angle, organically connected to part i
narrowed tube 2. This ampoule thus has the shape of a mother tube and is
can therefore easily be used for purposes of vaginal and uterine irrigation.
With its enlarged end, the ampoule is sterile in a known manner
Plug 3 closed, above which cotton wool 4 or the like can still be stored. The conclusion
the enlarged part is carried out by a cover made of metal, celluloid
or similar material. Likewise, the mother pipe part 2 is through
a plate 6 made of suitable material closed in the rest state. Should the ampoule
be converted into the state of use and used as a syringe is
it is only necessary to remove the two locking plates 5 and 6 and the piston rod
7 with the piston 8 located thereon into the ampoule and in the usual way
to squeeze out the contents of the ampoule. To ensure good guidance of the piston rod 7,
a guide cover g can be attached to the ampoule in a known manner.
In Fig. 2 an ampoule is shown in which the enlarged part
is also connected at an obtuse angle to the tubular extension. This tube-like one
Approach, however, is not continued as a mother pipe in this case, rather it comes
shortly after the turn to the end and is io in the idle state by means of a lid
Completed from suitable material. On this end of the pipe is a known
fitted with a through-hole cone i i, which in turn
serves to accommodate a Pravaz needle 1.2 of known shape. In the case of use
it is only necessary to remove the cover sheet io with a
to provide a small opening, which can easily be achieved, for example, by drilling
can, so that the contents of the ampoule are pushed out in a known manner like a syringe
can be.
