  • Schaumflüssigkeit, die bei der Gärungsessigherstellung in der Filterstufe als Abfallprodukt anfällt,
  • Sauerkrautlake, die Frisch- und Kaltlake enthält und bei der Aufbereitung von Sauerkraut anfällt und
  • eine essigsäurehaltige Flüssigkeit, die bei der Obstessigherstellung vor dem Mikrofiltrieren anfällt.
