richtungen auf die zu .bewegenden Wagen..: Sie sind aber auf den Verschiabebahnhöfen ;
nicht verwendbar und daher auch trotz der großen wirtschaftlichen Bedeutung, die ein ;
The previously known trolley drives we-! ken with hook-like or bumper-like devices on the wagons to be moved ..: But you are at the shunting stations ; not usable and therefore despite the great economic importance that a; usable carriage drive would not have ■ used. The forces and speeds are so great that the power transmission ίο to the car must take place completely mechanically and automatically. But this can only happen if the part of the drive that acts directly on the wagon fits all wagons of the most varied types and types. They only have one component that is suitable as a force application point and, apart from minor wear and tear, is the same component, namely the wheel tires. Here the force must attack.
This happens with the Eis'enbahmvagentreiibachse described here.
In \
Elektromotor gedacht.
It consists of the actual axis α and two drive wheels b (Fig. Ι and 2). This axis is connected to a two-axis trolley which can be moved back and forth on two rails c '■ in the track below the boundary of the clear space, and | although according to Fig. 1 and 2 the front one is for this! Trolley axis d selected. Around this axis | . it is ee between the operative position and the rest position j / - / rotatably as shown in Fig 1. In \ the rest position, the axis by a; The latch or the like is held down in such a way that the 'boundaries of the clear space are free (Fig. 2b). From the foot of the superscript | On the inside of the running rails, an approximately 15 mm wide strip is cut off the length of the range of the trolley. If a carriage is to be driven, a lever is set to cause the carriage axle to release the holding. The drive axle, which is under spring pressure, then goes up and, as soon as it has reached the working position, triggers the driving force, electric motor or compressed air drive. The drive wheels then lie behind the flanges of the wagon wheels with an appropriately set force (Fig. 1 and 2a). The drive axle is supported against two stops g (Fig. 2b). With the exception of the drive wheels, all parts are outside the "boundaries of the vehicles. The drive wheels also only reach up to 12 cm above the top of the rails. The drive force must not be so great that it lifts the carriage axle and the drive axle passes under the edges Given the conditions given by the boundaries of the vehicles, the driving force must be at most - P-tgß = P · 0.85, if P is the axle load according to Fig. I. The angle β must be kept as small as possible so that when an axle is lifted should she depresses the Treiibräder after a slight lifting and falling down on the rails without derailing and damage to the vehicle. Just before the trolley its end position h (Fig. 3) has reached the driving axle is depressed by a stop in the track to the rest position and At the same time, this initiates the backward movement of the trolley up to 7 »to the starting point, where it is again ready for a new drive to be. The point of application of the moving force on the trolley can be a pull rod i with a spring k . An electric motor driving the chain wheel I 1 (Fig. 3) is intended as the moving machine. The chain wheels I are in the middle of the track. The endless articulated chain moves under the track in a narrow channel which, however, does not go under the sleepers, but is covered so that the track can sink by a sufficient amount and can be lifted.
