Description
Hollow body. The invention relates to hollow bodies according to patent 353o8r. As described in more detail in the main patent, these hollow bodies consist of a truncated one Cone or truncated pyramid with one that allows nesting Inclination of the side surfaces and are seamless from one another according to the main patent Gummed paper stock layers produced. and still waterproof impregnated. According to the invention, these hollow bodies are used for the implementation of concrete walls or for Production of single structures used. You will get better acquainted with yourself Way advantageous inner subdivisions. These can consist of cardboard strips, which are provided with slits reaching up to half the width of the strip and with these slots are nested, so that approximately cube-shaped Subspaces develop. The use of such hollow bodies for the performance of walls offers similar advantages as the use of the hollow body described in the main patent for the production of concrete ceilings; the hollow bodies are also with a Surrounding concrete layer. The main advantages of the hollow body are that they as a result their manufacturing process is extremely light and yet sufficiently robust and as a result cause very low transport costs. The transport costs are also particularly small in that the bodies can be nested due to their shape are ; nesting is not prevented by the internal subdivision either, there, as mentioned above, this subdivision by simply sliding one into the other, loosely to be inserted and removed again strips is effected, so that these strips also take up as little space as possible during transport. Those corresponding to the invention Bodies have an excellent ability to protect against noise and heat.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing for example shown.
Fig. I shows a vertical section through one with the hollow body provided wall; Fig. 2. shows a horizontal section through a solid wall and Fig.3 another embodiment of the wall, also in a horizontal section; Fig. q. shows a vertical longitudinal section through one according to the invention Hollow body and Fig. G the side view of one for producing the internal subdivision serving cardboard strip.
The hollow bodies a are on the construction site with the internal subdivision provided by inserting strips b with their slots c into one another, so that a field with rectangular chambers is created. The strips can be in be cut to the required length so that it is in the narrower part of the hollow body a lying strips are kept shorter from the start than those in the lower one further part lying; but this cutting can also be done with little effort the construction site itself according to templates. By joining the The frames obtained from cardboard strips b have the same shape as in Fig. Q. shown longitudinal section corresponding external shape. After such a frame is inserted, it will covered with a cardboard d (fig. 2 and 3) and then another frame inserted. In the embodiments shown in Fig. I to 3 there are three such frames for use, which are separated from each other by a total of two cardboards.
After the hollow bodies have been prepared in this way, as shown in Fig. i is shown, placed side by side at a distance and the gap with concrete filled out.
To achieve uninterrupted insulation of the walls, you can Impregnated cardboard f or g is placed in the spaces between the hollow bodies as shown in Figs. 2 and 3. In Fig. 2 these cardboards are approximately in the middle of the wall thickness, in Fig. 3 they are flush with the side wall of the Hollow body; in this case they could also be guided past the hollow bodies themselves so that they form an uninterrupted ceiling.
.The casing of the hollow body is carried out according to the known rules. executed; so z. B. high-quality cement concrete on the outside, concrete with slag on the inside or pumice can be used. .
Figures 6 and 7 show, for example, two made in accordance with the invention Single structure in cross section. In the embodiment according to Fig. 6 there are two identical hollow concrete body h, the paper hollow body corresponding to the invention a are cast, with their open sides placed against each other. Between the hollow bodies runs a vertical central iso layer k. Despite the arrangement of this central insulating layer can create an intimate bond between the two halves of the building by means of suitable Surface quality of the insulating layer o. The like. Can be achieved.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 7, the individual structures are also designed in two parts. The surfaces with which they lie against one another, however, are provided with tongue and groove. One of the halves has an insulating layer on the joint 1. In addition, the individual structures are designed so that they are immediately at m Form the window or door stop and form a solid association of the individual components guarantee among themselves.
