Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kokslösch-und -verladewagen, bei dem der hochstehende Kokskuchen in einen längsgeteilten Kasten gedrückt und in seiner Garungsnaht buchartig auseinandergeklappt wird, um ein rasches und leichtes Ablöschen, Verladen und Absieben des Kokses zu ermöglichen. Um dabei ein Zusammenfallen oder Auseinanderfallen der beiden Kokskuchenhälften zu vermeiden, hat man an den .Kastenhälften Klauen vorgesehen, die den Kokskuchen in der Garungsnaht erfassen.Coke discharge and loading device. Nach der Erfindung wird nun diesen Mißständen in erster Linie dadurch begegnet, daß die Umklappbewegung der beiden Kastenhälften zwangläufig erfolgt, und zwar zwangläufig sowohl im Sinne des Umlegens, als auch im Sinne der Klappbewegung am Kastenboden. Die zwangläufige Führung der Kastenhälften und damit deren ruhiges Umlegen wird durch die Anwendung von Schraubenspindeln bewirkt, die an den beiden Kastenwänden angreifen. Die Bewegung des Kastenbodens wird durch seine gelenkartige Verbindung mit beiden Kastenhälften erzielt, wobei er gleichzeitig mittels flaschenzugartig über Rollen laufender Drahtseile angehoben wird.
