Description

Verfahren der Erzeugung von Tieftemperaturteer und Halbkoks durch Verschwelen bituminöser Stoffe, wie Steinkohle, Braunkohle u. dgl. im Kreislauf eines überhitzten Gemisches von Kohlengas und Wasserdampf. Es ist bereits ein Verfahren bekannt geworden, nach dem aus bituminösen Stoffen, wie Braunkohle, Steinkohle, Schiefer u. dgl., durch trockene Destillation mittels eines durch das Gut hindurchgeleiteten überhitzten Gases gleichzeitig Teer und Koks gewonnen werden können. Die Ausführung dieses Verfahrens geschah derartig, daß das Gas die überhitzten Kohlenschichten durchströmte, die Destillationsprodukte aufnahm und dieselben durch Abkühlung außerhalb des Schwel- oder Destillationsofenswieder abgab. Hierdurch wird bei dem vorliegenden Verfahren auch der im Gase vorhandene Wasserdampf ausgenutzt, während er bei dem bekannten Verfahren in Form von Wasser abgeschieden wurde. Ferner wird der Vojteil erreicht, daß wesentlich an Brennstoff gespart wird, da ja das Gas nicht vollständig abgekühlt wird, sondern immer noch im erhitzten Zustande in den Kreislauf geführt wird.
