Description
The invention relates to a snow guard roof tile, on the Surface of one or more snow guard ribs substantially transverse to the direction of water drainage is or are arranged, which extends approximately over the entire width of the roof tile or extend.
Snow guard roof tiles of this type are known from DE 35 09 941 A1. they are trained that about in the middle of their visible in the concealed state Middle field or in a hollow of the roof tile or on a high snow guard hump is arranged on a cover bead. The well-known snow guard roof tiles have the disadvantage that the optical effect of the Snow guard humps are annoying and the risk of breakage of the snow guard roof tiles is great. In addition, the in a snow guard hump attached to the roof tile recess drain, so that the water load on the side seams increases becomes. Because of their pronounced height, the well-known Snow guard roof tiles only in special work forms and can only be manufactured on so-called high-lift presses and as a result very expensive. In addition, the well-known snow guard roof tiles only limited or stackable under difficult circumstances.
The invention has for its object, while avoiding of the disadvantages described a snow guard roof tile with good Describe snow guard effect.
The task is solved according to the kenn characterizing features of claim 1. An advantage of he solution according to the invention is that the snow guard Effect primarily on the length of the snow guard ribs is dependent on the sliding direction of the snow. At the Ab sliding the snow off the roofs comes in handy without exception the snow on the roof tiles for sliding, not however, an upper layer of snow on the one below. Therefore it is practically irrelevant how high the there is snow-catching humps on a roof tile; decide The opposite is that the snow can be Snow guard ribs attached transversely to the slide direction is prevented from slipping on the roof tiles. The snow Fang ribs should therefore practically approximate extend the entire width of the roof tile, and it is sufficient if the snow guard ribs have a very low height, so that the stack height of such a snow guard roof tile that of the associated normal midfield tile is unchanged, because snow guard ribs with so little height in the middle stacked between field tiles anyway existing fire passage gaps can be easily arranged. Another advantage of low snow skirt ribs is that for making the snow guard roof tile is the working mold set for normal ones Midfield brick can be used. Only the mother shape for the tops of the snow guard roof tile must be new be procured. This results in an investment savings per roof brick model series of considerable size. In addition, the technology of drying and the fire with low snow guard ribs essential easier than with high snow guard humps, because less Material stresses occur. Otherwise, the aesthetic effect of the roof tile due to flat snow guard Ribs less disturbed than by high snow guard humps.
According to claim 3 are numerous, only a few millimeters high Snow guard ribs arranged like a saw tooth. The advantages this embodiment of the snow guard ribs are that these Snow guard roof tiles are even more inconspicuous, but at the same time the snow guard effect due to the large Number of ribs is reproduced.
According to claim 4, the snow guard ribs are in the foot area of the roof tile concentrated. There is a ruling there higher pressure of the snow on the roof tile than in the middle or even in the head area just below the Step change of the one covered in the next higher container Roof tiles. The higher contact pressure of the snow in the foot area leads however because of the associated higher snow compression and compaction inevitably lead to a higher snow guard powers. In addition, the force is practically only applied by shear forces and in the area of the roof tile that supported by the roof tile underneath is, so that the risk of breakage is significantly lower.
According to claim 5, the snow skirt rib goes next to one side fold in at least the same height, parallel to the side fold arranged, tapering rib over. That has the Advantage that water shooting down on the roof tiles, that hits the steep flank of the snow guard rib and spreads to both sides like a surge, from penetration is held in the side fold. Also at about Snow guard rib backing melt water is from the Side folds held.
In the particularly advantageous embodiment according to claim 6 the snow guard rib is arranged slightly obliquely in a funnel shape net and divided in the middle. This has the advantage that the roof water is led away from the side folds towards the center and that remaining amounts of water can run off there and not stop above the snow guard ribs.
The invention is described in the following description the drawing exemplified.

Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch zwei aufeinander gestapelte Schneefang-Dachziegel, Fig. 1 shows a cross section through two stacked snow guard roofing,
Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch zwei verschiedene Schneefang-Dachziegel und Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through two different snow guard roof tiles and
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf einen Schneefang- Dachziegel nach Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a plan view of a Schneefang- roof tile of FIG. 1.
As is apparent from FIG. 1 is disposed on the surface 1 of the snow guard roof tile 3, a snow guard rib 2, which extends approximately over the entire deck width DB of the roof tile 3. The height 4 of the snow guard rib 2 is less than a tenth of its total length.
The snow guard rib 2 , as can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, is connected to a higher rib 9 which runs out in the direction of the roof tile head 10 . In the roof tile shown in Fig. 2 numerous, particularly low, sawtooth-shaped snow guard ribs 5 are provided, which are arranged in the Fußbe rich 6 of the roof tile 7 .
Fig. 2).As Fig. 1 shows, the powder skirt-ribs 2 go next to a side fold 8 in an at least equally high rib 9 on which is substantially net parallel to the side fold 8 angeord and runs in the direction of the roof tile head 10 (see. Fig. 2).
The snow guard ribs 2 , 5 are arranged slightly obliquely to the transverse line of the roof tile 3 , 7 and open into a water-draining interruption 11 .
