Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roof tile with a water rebate on a longitudinal edge and a cover fold on the opposite longitudinal edge, the water fold and the Cover fold over the entire length from the top edge to extend to the foot-side edge and in the longitudinal direction running lower longitudinal ribs or upper longitudinal ribs and in Area of the foot-side edge of longitudinal ribs free areas have that with two roof tiles covered side by side form a flat parting line.
Similar roof tiles, in which the longitudinal ribs extend over the extend the entire length of the brick, are for example DE-C 42 34 181 and in general by extrusion manufactured roof tiles known. These roof tiles can in covered state shifted in the longitudinal direction towards the ridge without having to be lifted. Moving is after covering a roof mostly necessary to To carry out detailed work on the roof surface. Especially at steeply sloping roofs become step holes for the roofer by sliding individual roof tiles on by about half Length formed towards the ridge. This can then be upside down of the exposed roof tile occur, with the load on short way into the roof substructure without that a roof tile is subjected to bending.
The lateral ribs of the folds of such a roof tile have play in the transverse direction, so that the roof tiles can be "stretched" or "pressed" in the transverse direction in order to allow the width of the covered area to be adapted to the width of the roof substructure. The transverse displaceability of two roof tiles laid side by side can be up to one centimeter. As a result of this transverse displacement, openings occur at the foot-side edge in the region of the folds, the cross-section of which corresponds to the height of the ribs, the number of ribs and the degree of transverse displacement. For example, with a height of the longitudinal ribs of 8 mm, a transverse displacement of 6 mm and two longitudinal ribs in the water fold and in the cover fold, an opening cross section of around 100 mm 2 remains free. Flying snow or drifting rain can enter through these openings, and insects can also enter.
Such openings have long been used in interlocking tiles avoided that the foot end portion of the cover fold up on the surface of the covered in eaves direction neighboring roof tile is pulled down. Such a Roof tiles are for example in DE-U 295 04 404.7 described. Due to the deep arrangement of the foot side End section of the cover rebate have these roof tiles on a recess on the foot-side end of the water fold. The Waterfold therefore does not extend over the entire length of the roof tile. Such a roof tile is not slidable in the longitudinal direction without being raised so high until the foot-side end section of the cover fold over the Wasserfalz can be pushed. This creates one Bracing leading to the break of this as well as an adjacent one Roof tiles can lead.
Multiple roof tiles are known from EP-A 0 284 350, which contain at least two brick elements that are in different Lay levels and a water fold with on a longitudinal edge a lower longitudinal rib and one on the other longitudinal edge Have cover fold with an upper longitudinal rib, wherein in Area of the foot-side edge of longitudinal ribs free areas are provided, the two covered next to each other Form roof tiles into a flat parting line. In the area of Wasserfalzes is the area free of the longitudinal rib in the Ground level of the water fold, while in the area of the cover fold the area free of the longitudinal rib at the height of the Longitudinal rib lies. In the covered state two next to each other in a row of such roof tiles laid on foot gap no gap.
The object of the present invention is a Longitudinally movable roof tiles of the beginning to create described type, which is designed so that it to make a step for the roofer without Lifting to the ridge is slidable without the surrounding one To affect coverage in their position.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the Area of the foot-side edge of longitudinal ribs free areas than compared to the base level of the water fold or the Raised areas are formed on the base plane of the cover fold, so that with two roof tiles covered next to each other the raised area of the top fold on the raised area of the Wasserfalzes can rest, and that the longitudinal ribs to the raised areas are flattened out so that the Longitudinal ribs gradually reach their full height.
In this way it is achieved that such a roof tile compared to its neighbors in the same row Longitudinal direction can be moved without being lifted beforehand to have to. When moving the roof tile to Making a step hole for the roofer slides on one side of the raised area of the top fold the ribs of the water rebate of the neighboring roof tile and on the other long side the raised area of the Water fold under the ribs of the cover fold there neighboring roof tiles.
In the covered state two next to each other in a row Such roof tiles are laid between the raised ones Areas at the foot edge no gap, because the raised area of the Cover fold directly on the raised area of the water fold rests.
The height of the raised areas advantageously corresponds about half the height of the longitudinal ribs.
Moving the roof tile in the longitudinal direction will relieved because the longitudinal ribs to the raised areas are flattened out so that the longitudinal ribs their reach full height gradually. This will result in a lift moving not necessary because of sliding one on the inclined planes of the end portions of the ribs slight increase takes place automatically when moving. in the Contrary to the known roof tiles, the shifted Roof tiles as a result of half the height of the longitudinal ribs having raised areas less raised.
Water that has penetrated into the water fold is safely put aside derived if at least to the head edge facing end of the raised area of the water fold runs diagonally to the foot-side edge, and if at least that lower longitudinal ribs of the water fold adjoining this Have an interruption in the face. Preferably owns the raised area of the water fold is approximately trapezoidal or triangular base.
In this way, the edge pointing to the top of the head Front of the raised area one from the base level of the Wasserfalzes outgoing step-shaped contour reached so that Water to the side in the section free of longitudinal ribs can expire.
For a roof tile with a relatively deep water rebate runs the face of the elevated area of the water fold advantageously obliquely towards the longitudinal edge, so that the water running off to neighboring roof tiles is derived.
If the water rebate of the roof tile is arranged relatively high should the face of the elevated area of the water fold diagonally to the watercourse run so that the water in the watercourse thereof Roof tile is derived.
The raised area of the top fold can directly touch the Connect the upper longitudinal ribs and a rectangular one Have floor space. Is with a large amount of water to count in the water fold, so of course you can upper longitudinal ribs of the top fold in front of the raised area be interrupted so that a large cross section for derivation of water is available. In this case, the Base area of the raised area of the top fold congruent to the base of the elevated area of the Wasserfalzes be executed.
For a roof tile with a relatively high water rebate can the base plane of the water fold in the transverse direction of the Roof tiles to be inclined towards the watercourse, see above that water that has penetrated is discharged laterally into the watercourse becomes. As a result, the water is not only reached when the elevated area, but also derived beforehand.
A profiled roof tile like a hollow rebate tile closes an adjacent one covered in a row on the eaves side Roof tiles are particularly tight when the roof tiles open at least one in Has transverse foot rib, the contour of its underside the contour of the top of the roof tile equivalent. It is advantageous in the area of the foot side To provide two or more parallel foot ribs so that this on top of an adjacent eaves side Form a maze on top of the roof tiles. It goes without saying that the area of the cover fold and the area of the Wasserfalzes must be free of ribs.
The effect of the labyrinth is increased if the Roof tiles on its top in the area of its head Edge at least one, preferably several, in the transverse direction has extending grooves. Preferably, the Grooves in a hollow interlocking tile at least from water seam to about the apex of the bead.
The penetration of water from the watercourse on the head side Edge is prevented even in strong wind if the Roof tiles on its top, at least in the area of Watercourse at its top edge in the transverse direction has a running head rib. This creates a barrier represents.
In the drawing, preferred embodiments of the Roof tile shown, which is explained in more detail below become.
