Description
Verfahren zur Befestigung von Körpern in den-Hohlräumen von Porzellangegenständen, insbesondere zur Herstellung zwei- oder mehrteiliger Isolatoren durch Aufschrumpfen. Zusatz zum Patent 295467. Nach dem Hauptpatent sollen Porzellankörper in Hohlräumen anderer Porzellankörper dadurch befestigt werden, daß,diel einzuschließende Körper zunächst fertig gebrannt und alsdann in den nach innen erweiterten Hohlrauen des. nur vorgetroclzn,eten äußeren Körpers eingeführt wurde. Letzterer ist so bemessen, daß er sich beim Fertigbrennen, bei dem er um etwa- Zo Prozent schwindet, so weit zusammenzieht, däß er den Einschlußkörper mit einem geringen Spielraum umschließt und ein Wiederaustreten desselben unmöglich macht. . Der Schwin:dungsunterschied von zo Prozent zwischen dem inneren und äußeren Körper reicht zum festen Zusammenschließen beider Teile aus. Es ist bereits früher vorgeschlagen worden, den inneren Scherben nur vorzutrocknen und ihn; mit den äußeren Scherben fertigzuhrennen. Dabei sollen sowohl der innere wie auch der äußere Scherben 'aus dem gleichen Stoff bestehen. Um den erforderlichen Unterschied der Schwindungen herzustellen, wurde nach diesem Verfahren der Einsatzkörper in -den Hohlkörper gebracht, während sich letzterer noch in feuchtem Zustand befand. Der Unterschied der Schwindung betrug dabei 5 Prozent. Bei dem Verfahren nach der Erfindung wird der äußere Scherben in trockenem Zustand verwendet und dabei ein, Schwindungsunterschied von etwa. ro Prozent für das Zusammenschließen nutzbar gemacht.These substances shrink with: Ready-to-fire new only by about 5 percent.
