Description
Zweifeuergegenstromgliederkessel. Gegenstand, der Erfindung ist ein Zweifeuergegenstromgliederkessel, bei welchem die einzelnen Glieder durch Zwischenschaltung einer gemeinsamen Wasserkammer in zwei Teile zerlegt sind. Es wird damit bezweckt, :den ganzen Kessel in zwei ungleich große Teile zu teilen, damit für verschiedene Beanspruchung zwecks Ersparnis an Brennstoff je nach Bedarf der kleinere oder größere Brennraum oder auch beide zusammen beheizt werden können. Dabei ist zum Ziel gesetzt, irgendwelche Absperrvorrichtungen am Kessel und an den Gliedern zu vermeiden.Two-fire countercurrent boiler. Die Kanäle a des kleineren Teils sind im Querschnitt schmaler gehalten als diejenigen b des größeren Teils; ebenso ist der linke Rost c kürzer als der rechte d, während die Gliedhöhe gleichbleibend ist. Die Roste sind hohl und vom Wasser durchlaufen. Der Mittelkanal e der Doppelkammern a, b ist von unten bis oben durch eine Scheidewand f unterteilt. Diese ist aber oben bei g abgebrochen und unten bei h, damit eine Verbindung der beiden Gliederteile untereinander vorhanden ist. Das Rücklaufwasser kann somit, gleichviel ob von i oder k in den Kessel tretend, durch die Roste in diesem oder jenem Kanal nach aufwärts steigen. Jedwede Absperrvorrichtung ist hierbei erspart, so daß ein Fehler in der Bedienung des Kessels niemals eintreten kann.In the drawing, such a boiler section in elevation according to Figure a.
