Claims (8)

Schlauchkupplung Ansprüche 1. Schlauchkupplung mit einem muffenartigen starren Kupplungsstück zur Aufnahme eines anzuschließenden Schlauchendes, mit einem Klemmring zum Fixieren und mit einem Dichtungsring zum fluiddichten Verbinden des Schlauchendes im bzw. mit dem Kupplungsstück, g e k e n n z e i c h n e t durch einen einstückig an den Kragen ( 6 ) der Muffe ( 2 des Kupplungsstücks ( 1 ) angeformten, sich nach axial auswärts erstreckenden radial elastisch verformbaren Krallenkranz ( 7 ), ausgebildet als Zungen- oder Segmentkranz, der sich im entspannten Zustand vom Muffenkragen ( 6 ) aus sowohl auf seiner Außenmantelfläche ( 8 ) als auch auf seiner Innenmantelfläche ( 9 nach axial auswärts konisch öffnet, der in seinem axial äußeren Kragenbereich in seinem Außenmantel eine mit axial wirkendem Sperrprofil ausgebildete Ringnut ( 11) und auf seinem Innenmantel mindestens eine umlaufende Schneid-, Halte- und Krallringkante (12 ) aufweist, deren Innendurchmesser im entspannten Zustand des Krallenkranzes ( 7 ) größer als der Außendurchmesser des Schlauchendes ( 3 ) ist, durch einen Klemmring ( 4 ), der als starre Überschiebhülse ausgebildet ist, die zum Anschließen des Schlauchendes vom Kupplungsstück ( 1 ) aus nach axial auswärts über den Krallenkranz ( 7 ) schiebbar ist, diesen dabei radial so schließend, daß die Schneidringkante (12 in den Außenmantel des Schlauchendes ( 3 ) eingepreßt wird, und der an seinem axial äußeren Randbereich nach radial innen vorspringend ein ringförmiges, komplementär zur Ringnut ( 11) des Krallenkranzes profiliertes Rastelement (14) aufweist, das in Montageendlage der Hülse ( 4 ) auf dem Krallenkranz ( 7 ) formschlüssig und zumindest im wesentlichen unlösbar in die Ringnut ( 11) eingerastet ist, und durch einen koaxial zum Krallenkranz ( 7 ) im Bereich des Muffenspiegels (15 ) ausgebildeten Ringfalz (16 ) zur Aufnahme des Dichtungsringes ( 5 ), der bestimmungsgemäß den Außenmantel des Schlauchendes 3 3 ) gegen den Innenmantel der Muffe dichtet.Hose coupling claims 1.
