Besonders wichtig ist auch, daß sich das aufgesteckte Schild in Bezug auf den Portionierer verschieben oder verdrehen läßt. Hierdurch kann die Werbewirksamkeit den jeweiligen Gegebenheiten angepaßt werden, d. h. es ist möglich, das Schild nach allen Seiten auszurichten. In der Fig. 1 ist ein Portionierer und Ausgießer 1 für Flüssigkeiten gezeigt, auf den ein gestrichelt dargestelltes Schild 2 aufgesteckt ist. Dieses Schild 2 besteht im wesentlichen aus zwei Teilen: einer Platte 3 und einer greiferähnlichen Vorrichtung 4. Auf der Platte 3 können verschiedene Werbeträger, z. B. Preisschilder, Warendarstellungen und dergleichen aufgebracht werden. Die greiferähnliche Vorrichtung 4 wird mit dem Portionierer 1 in der Weise verbunden, daß sie auf eine Kopfplatte 5 des Portionierers aufgeschoben wird, worauf sie ein schnappt. Der Portionierer 1 weist über der metallischen Kopfplatte 5 eine runde Scheibe 6 aus Kunststoff auf, an die sich ein konisch zu gespitzter Korken 7 anschließt. Dieser Korken 7 ist durchbohrt, wobei auf der Durchbohrung ein ebenfalls mit Durchbohrungen versehener Stutzen 8 herausragt. Unterhalb der Kopfplatte 5 befindet sich ein weiterer Kunststoffring 9, über den eine seitliche Verlängerung 10 der Kopfplatte 5 hinausragt. Hierunter befindet sich ein auf seiner Außenseite geriffelter metallischer Ring 11 an den sich nach unten ein konisch zulaufender Körper 12 mit dem Stutzen 13 anschließt. Körper 12 und Stutzen 13 bestehen aus einem klarsichtigen Material, bei spielsweise aus Glas, aus Plexiglas oder einem anderen Kunststoff. Ein ringförmiges Kunststoffteil 14 ist mit dem unteren Ende des Körpers 12 verbunden, wobei dieses Kunststoffteil 14 einstückig mit dem Körper 12 ausgebildet sein kann. Es ist jedoch mit einer Banderole oder dergleichen umgeben, so daß es undurchsichtig ist. Im Anschluß an das Kunststoffteil 14 ist ein weiteres Kunststoff teil 15 vorgesehen, das konisch verläuft und in einem ringförmigen Teil 16 endet. In dem Körper 12 befindet sich ein zylindrischer Stift 17, der aus dem ringförmigen Teil 16 herausragt. An dem unteren Ende dieses Stifts ist ein Dreibein 18 befestigt, dessen seitlich abstehende Beine 19, 20, 21 an einem Kegelstumpf 22 angeordnet sind. Der Stutzen 8 ist mit einem nicht dargestellten Getränkebehälter verbunden. Durch Fingerdruck auf das Dreibein von unten nach oben füllt sich der Körper 12 mit dem Getränk, bis er gefüllt ist.
