Device for lifting and tipping railway wagons. It is known,
to guide and through the platform of railroad car tippers in rigid scaffolding
to tilt a suitable shape of the guide. But here is the big one
Disadvantage that the guide frame in any case, be it that the tipper is permanently set up
is or is made movable on a trolley of a loading system, a lot of space
takes away, and especially in the latter case, because it protrudes low and is therefore strong
is in the way, a generously laid out traffic criss-cross on the loading
Places
hinders. It is known to make the scaffolding telescopic, but
This type of construction is cumbersome and therefore little because of the long guide structure
popular. The present invention is a dump truck that has these disadvantages
avoids. It is characterized by the fact that the tipper platform is not itself
guided directly in a scaffold, but on a slide guided in the scaffold
is suspended with a horizontal beam-like crossbeam, this crossbeam,
when the device is suspended from the trolley of a loading crane, in; his
lowest position - as well as the lowest point of the scaffolding - is higher than any
below rail car, so that the whole tipper after removing the platform
be moved along and across the loading area unhindered by wagons and the like
can. The tilting happens in the device either in that in known
Way the mentioned slide when lifting. in the suitably trained leadership
is tilted, or by the fact that the cross member with the attached platform
is inclined by a special winch opposite the slide as soon as it
lifted high enough '.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown, namely, Fig. I and a show in rough outlines the type of suspension and tilting of the platform in the new tipper. It is a the platform on which the railroad car is driven up, b is a horizontal beam-like crossbeam on which the platform hangs by means of the chains c, cl. In Fig. I, the carrier b is rigidly connected to the slide e sliding in the guide d by means of rollers, and the platform is tilted by the fact that the slide gets into the bent part f of the guide when it is pulled up and is thus obliquely with the cross member represents. In Fig. 2, the guide is straight along its entire length, but the cross member is not rigidly connected to the carriage g, so that the former can be tilted for the purpose of tilting with the platform attached by tilting about the axis 1i, for example with the help of a special winch , beveled. Fig. 3 shows a tipper according to the invention on the trolley of a loading facility. The platform, suspension chains and cross members together with the slide are designated as before with a, c, b and e; i is the trolley from which the rigid guide frame h is suspended. The lowest point of the tipper construction is so high that the trolley can move across the railway wagons below after the platform has been suspended, making this arrangement particularly suitable for large loading areas with generous operation (port facilities). The guide frame k can also be suspended from the trolley i so that it can rotate, so that it can be tilted in a direction perpendicular to the access track.
The lifting of the cross member b etc. is carried out by a pull rope 1, the
leads to the winch m and is not recommended in the middle of the girder,
but at 7a vertically above the center of gravity, which is mostly off-center
S attacks the system consisting of carriage and platform. By this measure
larger one-sided forces in the guide or in the frame k are avoided.
